We ordered 3 pizzas, a salad, wings and a jalapeño ranch dip. EVERY pizza and the wings contained multiple HAIRS throughout and on top of the food items. After being fairly grossed out due to the multitude of hairs within almost EVERY single piece that we had initially tried, we called the store explaining our situation.
The store manager of the Panago Downtown Langley (56th location) should be re-trained in regards to Panago’s standard of customer service and SEVERELY embarrassed.
Our first negative encounter with the manager consisted of him (Nav) arguing and disagreeing with our expectation of a reimbursement, as we obviously had not eaten 97% of our ordered items.
His DEMAND from us was to collect all of the items we had ordered to prove to the driver who would determine if we deserved any degree of reimbursement.
When the driver arrived the poor employee was on the phone talking with the manager. Firstly, Nav requested us to GO INTO OUR GARBAGE to collect the waste of a few pieces of pizza and then who REFUSED any sort of refund or because there was a total of 1/5 of a jar of dip and 5 pieces of pizza missing throughout the total of 3 pizzas......
I am at a loss of words for how disgusting and how poor of an experience we had tonight. I have worked in the restaurant industry for the past four years and never in my life have I experienced or witnessed a more negative and poorly handled situation from a company and management.

Wanting to celebrate my son’s achievements we ordered 2pizza’s and a salad from Panago Langley 56Ave store. From my home I took right on 203 and 56 Ave car number KH5 05F tailgated me till I took the right turn to enter the shopping mall, after which I had to take a left. When I was taking the the left the car driver almost dashed into me as he was directly hustling towards Panago parking, ignoring my car before him. Leaving the first parking lot in front of the store every other was empty, therefore I chose to reverse park in the 4th lot. The car driver again ignored my car and parked his car in the 3 lot opened his door got out as I was reverse parking. I had to wait for him to get out of my way. As I entered the store the same driver kept no physical distancing,the distance from the entrance to the store to the counter is about 2 meter, which he did not maintain as well he entered in my personal pace, without excusing himself. To add the salad that we ordered was not it, we were over charged. I personally will never celebrate my family’s achievements with This Panago. Did not expect this from Panago employee....
Read moreI wanted a large 3 topping (ham/pineapple/grn peppers) and was talked into a Hawaii special with added peppers for a small price more, so I agreed. What I was given was barely the 3 topping I wanted, barely any toppings and next to no sauce, it was worse than a frozen pizza from a corner store and 3 times the price. It was flat and looked like it had been sitting for a long time, tho I was 5 mins early for my pick up. I've moved here recently and wanted to treat myself and my mother and I've never been so disappointed. I've had bad pizza before but this was truly the worst! I didn't return it because who wants to drive all the way back to get another bad pizza? I've called but just sit on hold, so here I am. This was June/29.
