There was a DIRTY BLOODY FULL PIECE OF BANDAID IN my goi coun (salad roll) I was in extreme shock! I wish I took a picture but it happened so unexpectedly I threw up on my plate and ran outside to throw up some more so I didn’t cause a scene. By the time I came back in to speak to them, they had already threw it away. Never in my life have I experienced something so disgusting. I immediately asked the server, waitress and hostess where and how a dirty used bloody bandaid ended up in the middle of my salad roll that I have already swallowed a few bites of! One of them answered with me simply “I don’t know, sorry” I kept asking questions from, are they not fresh?? They’re supposed to be made when ordered! Who made it?? Who lost a bandaid in the back go check their fingers! I was obviously in shock and afraid of catching a disease! All questions were answered with “I don’t know” I felt sick to my stomach. With no explanation and no proof as they threw it, I left. I only gave 1 star because you can’t review without rating! I will definitely be reporting them to health bc so hopefully this won’t happen to...

Second visit to Pho777 and have to say pretty happy each time we have visited.

I have tried the well done beef Pho twice here, the 1st time I tried the large bowl and was unable to finish it, this time I went with the smaller bowl but still a generous size and portions of beef and managed to complete it.

As usual so far the taste has been fantastic and if your in the mood for Pho you should definitely give this place a try.

My disappointment today was with the service, the had two servers working and the dining room was not particularly busy. My wife ordered a grilled lemon grass porkchop and chicken which clearly takes longer to prepair and cook.

However they served my Pho so far in advance of my wife's order coming to the table that I was at least half way done before she could even start her meal. In the future it would be better had they waited until hers was complete to serve both dishes at the same time.

The food here is really great and the prices are so worth it! I ordered R3 which is grilled lemongrass porkchop and chicken and my husband ordered a bowl of Beef Pho which was so delicious. Service was a little slow, my husband’s Pho was served way ahead than my order and so he had to start otherwise the soup would get cold. It took probably another 10-15mins before mine was served. It would have been better if both were served the same time so one didn’t have to wait while the other is already almost done. Otherwise, staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant is spacious, washroom is available and there was no waiting when we came, we were immediately given a table. Parking is free. Food portion is awesome and...
