Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in City of Langley

This may be the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Upon ordering my drink, and starting to pay it was evident that the interact machine had either been opened or tampered with. After asking to use the other interact machine that was only half a foot a way, the Barista looked at me dead in the eye and said, "that would mean I have to take two steps" and continued to stare at me like his answer was completely acceptable. I'm dumbfounded. Upon talking to the two other baristas, they knew that the machine wasn't looking like it was supposed to, but they have so far done nothing to fix it.

Complete and utter BS, I love Starbucks (so much so that I have my gold card), but this was a very disheartening experience. I will not ever be going back to that particular Starbucks, perhaps staying away...

Long time supporter of Starbucks received Very disappointing service 8.06Pm 8 April 2019. 20831 Fraser Highway, Langley. I got to counter, asked for 2 Grande Dark roasts, was told they don’t serve dark roast that time of night. I asked if they could do me a Dark Roast pour over. Lady said to me they don’t really do pore over’s, she did not seam interested in helping me. I left the location with 4 employees standing around behind counter talking amongst them selves, did not appear they were really doing anything as 3 other patrons at location where already sitting at tables having there coffee. Although I have not had anything other than the iced coffee, Starbucks as I see it, IS The absolute worst excuse for a "premium" coffee shop I have ever had the Displeasure of going to, my agonizing visit to this establishment started right when I walked in the door of this over exaggerated, overpriced and HIGHLY over hyped establishment of the numerous "premium" coffee shops under the Starbucks franchise as I walked in a worker was cleaning the toilet of the men's bathroom, I waited for her to finish as I had to urinate.
