Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Langley

I use the drive through every morning to get my green tea with one honey. I was suddenly told yesterday that my honey was an extra. 70 cents?!?! It took me a second to wrap my head around the 33% price increase and when I got to the window I asked how much extra cream and sugar was for coffee? No extra charge on coffee, just for honey. I've seen the low end (not pure raw) honey they use which they just squeeze from a bottle. Im guessing they probably get at least 100 squeezes from a bottle that costs about $8? We can all do the math on that one. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me and I will now get my tea from the McDonald's across the street. I am a business owner and understand costs, and not asking for anything free, but there is no way in hell a .70 shot of honey (half of which is usually on the side of my cup) can be justified except...

Went to the drive thru at this location. No other cars were in the drive thru. I asked for 5-$20 gift cards. I was told I cannot get 5, only 2, through drive thru and that I would have to come in. I said I couldn’t come in (injury) and I said, if I drive through 2 more times, then they would take my money and provide me 5 in total? She said ok. I drove through a second time and said can you just please process the last card, she said no. I said this is terrible customer service and asked for the managers name…Kamel. Tim Hortons is too concerned with their Time clock running too long to care about their customers, not to mention the hard earned money spent there to get their orders inaccurate 75% of the time. Soo tired of going thru drive thru with NO ONE behind you and being asked to pull forward. As i pulled up To the window to scan cards and pay, one of the other 3 working there immediately whipped her hand out with a like warm bagel. The other girl brought a large steeped tea and first girl says can you pull up past building. I said no i will wait. (A london fog was all that was left) and she asked/told again. I said no i will wait here. She stomped off.

There is no reason to have someone pull ahead for a standard one item because the store puts pressure on the staff to have fast drive thru times. Ridiculous work ethic to put on staff. The amount of time for me to pull forward, my item will be made and now i have to wait for them to exit the building and bring to me. ...
