I went to Langley Wings the other day for a get together with some friends. Unfortunately I received absolutely terrible service. It was Wednesday so it was Half Off Wings day. I had called earlier to make sure that this location served Halal wings to which they said yes. When My friends and I arrived at the restaurant we were quickly sat at a table and our server greeted up promptly and asked what we would like to drink. My friend ordered an iced tea and my other friend and I both got waters. This is basically where everything started to go wrong. The server came back with our drinks and asked us for our orders. I ordered first. I ordered 3 pounds of Halal wings; 2 buffalo and 1 honey garlic. Then my friends ordered 3 pounds of regular wings. We were all under the impression that we would all be receiving 50% off our wings, given that the server and the greeter both told us that it was Half Off Wings day. Maybe about 30 minutes later, our food came out. It was delicious. My friends finished their plate and I had still about a pound still left on my plate. The server came back and informed us that in order to receive 50% off our wings, my friend and I would have to order drinks other than water. My friend and I both told him that in that case we would both like Cokes. Just as he was about to leave, my other friend asked the server if the Halal wings were also 50% off. The server immediately responded by saying yes of course, why wouldn’t they be? He then went to the manager and asked her the same question, to which she told him no, Halal wings did not qualify for the 50% off. The server came back to our table and told us what the manager had told him. I was very upset at this point as I had already eaten most of my wings and was under the impression that I would be receiving the 50% off deal after the server and greeter had both told us about it and later reinforced it by asking me to buy a drink. When the server told me I was so upset that I didn’t even bother to argue, I simply asked him to cancel my Coke order and bring us the bills. Later he brought our bills and I asked to speak to the manager. A lady came to our table and failed to introduce herself or her position. I just assumed she was the manager. Usually when a manager approaches their customer, they greet the customer, introduce themselves, and ask how they can help. This lady however did the opposite. She came and simply said Hi. I knew immediately that she was not going to bother hearing our story or trying empathizing with the situation whatsoever. But still, I told her what happened and what the situation was. All she said was that her hands were tied and she repeatedly told me to read the fine print. Not once did she offer some sort of solution or try to offer some sort of customer service or even show sympathy to the situation at all. It was like talking to a brick wall. The conversation lasted about a minute or two and she simply walked away without offering us a sincere apology or anything. In fact she laughed and said, “maybe next time you should order the regular wings.” I was so shocked when she said this. I told her that I can’t eat the regular wings. I only eat Halal because of my religion. She did not seem to care as she told us to have a good night and proceeded to walk away. All in all, it was an absolutely terrible experience, other than the food, at Langley Wings. Customer Service was terrible; server was nice and polite but had no knowledge of his menu, and the manager had zero customer service skills whatsoever. At the end of the day I ended up spending $50+ for 3 pounds of wings .... absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Tiny portions, horrible service and a lackluster taste! From our initial appetizer to the chicken wings, it became pretty obvious this location is a big fan of small portions. In fact, our spinach dip came with a very tiny serving of Nachos. It can barely serve a single person! Plus, our serving of wings was so tiny. It lacked any meat and seasoning. Due to the bland taste, we complained to our server. She eventually took back the wings to their kitchen. About 10 minutes later, she returned with the same COLD wings with a side of extra seasoning. They refused to cook us a new batch of wings and expected us to sprinkle seasoning over cold meat! We refused the wings and removed it from our bill. The manager did not even make an effort to approach us or correct their mistake. What a total insult. Overall, we refuse to support local businesses that insult the intelligence of their customers. The Wings Langley location has definitely made that list. Cooking a decent set of chicken wings is not rocket science. Stay away from this overrated place, unless you like to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Never been here. Probably won’t be back. Friend made a reservation for about 6. We arrived. Was given menus. Then was asked what drinks we wanted. 30 minutes later, we still didn’t manage to order food. Not sure if it’s a typical Wednesday but service was incredibly slow. Food: Ordered the Cairo Heat, Manila adobo, and Canadian Maple Bourbon. The Cairo heat was alright, too salty for my liking. Left a weird aftertaste. Was supposedly spicy but barely any burn. Maple bourbon was great, juicy, sweet with a hint of bourbon. The Manila adobo was eh, nothing special. Couldn’t really taste anything special. Had the beer as well, pleasantly surprised how light and tangy it was. Went amazingly well with the wings. Service: Not great. Slow as heck. Waited super long and by then most of us weren’t hungry. Price: Wings Wednesday. Can’t complain. Would I come again? No.

First time going to this location, we normally go to Abbotsford.

We went last night (Wednesday) which is cheap wing night so understandably it was busy. We (group of 4) were the first of three groups to walk in around the same time. We got seated in about 5 minutes so not too bad.

We then waited nearly 20 minutes before the server had even greeted us and asked us about drinks. We would understand if this was because it was busy but she served all the tables around and ignored us and another nearby table. Both our table and theirs had to wave her down.

Now by the time we finally got our drinks and ordered (around 30 min) we noticed the last group that arrived just after us were already eating their food. (They had a different server). Two of us ordered wings to share the other two got separate meals.

When our wings arrived they were almost completely dry and lacking of any sauces (all wet wings). We tried to eat a few but were not great without much sauce so we waited and waited and waited for our server to reappear (she didn’t) so I flagged down another nearby server and very politely explained and showed that the wings were very dry and asked if they could remake our order. She agreed that they looked very dry but said that all she could do is bring us some dipping sauces to help. We politely declined and tried to eat another couple wings and I just couldn’t. I again waited for a server near us, couldn’t find one so I grabbed our platter of wings and brought it up to a group of servers near the kitchen entrance.

I apologized for the inconvenience and politely asked a server if we could have our order remade as they were very dry and did not taste good. She said “sure no problem” and brought them into the kitchen.

Our original server brought us our order again after 10 minutes with which she apologized for the previous order.

Much to our surprise we found out these were the same wings as before but were just refried a second time and while they had a bit more sauce were incredibly tough from being fried twice and were even worse than the original order. We gave up and left nearly the entire plate of wings (multiple pounds). I asked for the bill and the server did not ask about the plate of wings or offer to discount our bill. I paid the bill even though almost the whole wings meal for two of us went to waste.

We frequently go to the Abbotsford Wings and occasionally the Coquitlam/Burnaby location and our wings are made perfect all the time.

This was such an awful experience, this has been the worst service experience I have ever had and I am just shocked. Such a...

First off, I would give 0 stars if I could. I am so sick of the run around I am recieving from Wings Langley, we had an issue with a large party and not being told that we would have a gratuity of 18% added to our bill. So everyone in our party tipped upwards of 20+% in total most people tipped atleast 35%. Our server didn't tell us, and didn't give receipts when asked.

We called and received 4 DIFFERENT ANSWERS, every SINGLE time. The first time we were told we would receive cash for the over paid tips, the second time we were told they weren't able to do anything unless everyone came in (which we were more then willing to do, there was 1 couple who couldn't drive from out of town), the third time, I as the party head, was told that I couldn't pick up the tips for everyone because they needed proof of purchase (we called right after and they said they would put the receipts aside, they didn't), then the 4th time I was told that the giftcard would be ready after 4pm. I arrived at 6pm, and was told by the hostess they had no idea what I was talking about and that the manager was not there. I told them that they needed to find someone to help me because I'm not going to continue to come in for something this silly, so now they FINALLY give me the reimbursement in gift certificates (I can only use for 1 month).

I try to use the gift certificate tonight for a purchase and I was told I was not allowed as it was Wings day, then I proceeded to say I will pay full price (instead of the half). The girl responded with you can only use 1 (15$) certificate per table. This IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE GIFT CERTIFICATE.

Thanks Wings for making my birthday completely stressful, I will not be returning and neither will the others that were...
