Bulk Barn — Restaurant in Collingwood

Very bad experience. I went to this bulk barn at Collingwood for the first time with my wife. We entered the shop and was walking all the way, the guy at the cash section call us and asked to sanitize and put on gloves from the entrance. That I agree because of all the covid protocol and all. But after us almost like 4-5 customers came in and he have no problem for them not to sanitizing the hands or for not putting on the gloves. It felt so bad for us, he was specifically asking to do so and leaving the other customers. Even he was greeting and politely talking to the other customers at the billing counter. I went to the billing counter for check out and I told him about what happened to us and other customers, he was not even listening to me or have any good customer service behavior. I have been living in Thornbury for last two years and never had a discrimination kind of approach at any place or from anybody. Hope this kind of attitude...

Collingwood bulk barn is a mess. I get we need to be covid safe but in there is ridiculous cant move more then 4 steps half the time cause people are just standing there and the staff dont tell them to hurry along that there is other people waiting. One girl was picking out certain colours of m&m so no one else could go through and no one did anything about. Will never go back to...

I struggle coming here. Gloves sanitizer carts masks and the staff on you for all of this. It's all part of the pandemic stuff, so I guess their standards are undeniably high, which is awesome. I just feel claustrophobic coming...
