Yesterday I spent $40 roughly on a delivery from here thru Uber. Yesterday not only did I leave a large tip but I also spent the extra amount to become a priority delivery. Today I also spent roughly $40 again on another delivery from this same location. It was nearly exactly the same as my last delivery except for todays order I added an extra side of hash browns and a lemonade. I just moved and have nothing in the fridge and nothing to drink, I really was looking forward to that expensive lemonade that I PAID for and didn’t get. Yesterday I ordered 2 sides of eggs. So that’s 4 eggs and I asked for them pouched. My eggs were as hard and stiff as a hard boiled egg. There was no runny yolk. It was disgusting. 9 times out of 10 I don’t contact Uber support when this happens because shit happens, I get it. But two days in a row…. Rather than contacting Uber support and asking for a refund, I decided to call Dennys and the lady on the phone kept arguing with me telling me I did get my eggs. Finally I said look I’m not trying to argue, I have the food right in front of me and I’m also not asking for a refund and I’m not angry at all. I just wanted to call and let you know and to inform ur staff so it doesn’t happen again! I don’t want to order from their tomorrow or another day, and get ripped off again. She kept talking over me so I just asked to speak to the manager and she didn’t respond she just set the phone down. The manager picked up and she was very nice and understanding. At first she didn’t understand me but she apologized and I told her to have a good day. Restaurants and staff need to understand that Uber only ended up refunding me $4. Best place to have your breakfast meal. We were 6 university students and the server Jasenka treated us with extraordinary service making us feel like home.

To top that the food we ordered were even greater and filling. We ordered the Blue Pancake, Grand Slamwitch, omelette 55+, French Toast with Milkshake and Coffee where we noted that the servings are big and filling since we couldn't finish the food. They also followed up with with us on refilling the coffee if required.

The service is excellent and quick. They would check on you and would attend to your additional requirements, especially Jasenka was a gem of a server who attended to us more than thrice during the breakfast to ensure we are satisfied with the food and the service

Ambiance was great and there are tables where you can even fit a group of 6-10 people. Free parking is available and during the weekdays you have to register your vehicle plate number with the reception to get the free parking option.

Excellent place and good value for money. Less than USD 15/- spent in total for the dinner, hence this is a very affordable place for a family or a couple to enjoy a nice dinner.

I decided that today was the day I would finally try the Deny’s across from my school (MacEwan), the one surrounded by construction. Anyways, I am elated that I found my way around the construction, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I sat down and was greeted by my server Dani A. I ordered the southwest Benedict which comes with chorizo sausage, hollandaise sauce topped with some pico de gallo , served with a side of golden shredded hash. I always order my eggs soft when it comes to Benny’s Let me tell you this Benny far surpassed my expectations.My decision to venture across the street through the construction and into what I can now declare as, one of my new favourite places to eat. It’s close enough to school, the service was very fast with approximately 15 other patrons inside, they have free wifi, the eggs Benedict’s are profound, and the absolute best part—the cherry on top— was the friendly service I received.
