Disappointing Service and Changes That Ruin the Experience I visited Edo recently and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. In the past, you could easily request hot sauce to go with your beef and shrimp portion, and it was no big deal. But now, things have changed for the worse. If you don’t tip, the staff won’t even look your way—they literally turn their heads and ignore you. It’s like you’re invisible unless you pay extra on top of your meal. To make matters worse, they’ve completely removed the hot sauce from the self-serve area, so customers can’t add it themselves anymore whenever they want. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re just cutting corners at the expense of the customer experience. The girl at the reception was the epitome of poor customer service—she acted exactly as described, with zero friendliness or willingness to help. No smiles, no eye contact, nothing. Then said come back in 30 minutes. Husband went back 1.5 hours later and they still gave him trouble. Instead of getting a big platter like advertised we got two small ones with a huge tub of Wasabi but only a few packs of soya sauce. Sushi was absolutely disgusting, it was definitely not made fresh. Our guests are big sushi eaters and were very disappointed, they said it was the worst they have every...

I ordered Take Out and walked up to the Take Out counter and waited, and waited, and waited, all the time watching how servers were busy doing other things, like taking other customer orders and serving clients who where seated at a table. When a server finally came back from serving a table I had to say to him, "I'm here for a pick-up." He then looked at the only bag that had been sitting there for the last 5 minutes and confirmed my name and then gave it to me. So... it seems there's no express Take Out at the Namao Center...
