0 stars if I could. Told us the wait time was 20 to 30 minutes. Which we were more than okay waiting for. However, we received no updates until almost 40 minutes had passed. Then gave us two options, squeeze at a smaller table or wait for the bigger table. We tried to opt for squeezing at the smaller table, but then were told they actually don't want to do that. (Why offer it if you're going to say no?) Was then told that the bigger table would be done in 10 minutes, so we agreed to wait. Around 20 minutes passes, we approach who I would assume was the manager again, and we were told he "forgot about us and gave our table to another group". After that, he walked away not even trying to do anything about it. We would have understood if they told us to wait longer, but to blatantly give our table to another party waiting who arrived later than us then ignore us when asked about it is too much. Poor management on their part for informing us one thing and then "forgetting" about it. I understand they were busy, but come on. Not an excuse for horrible customer service.
