Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

If i could give zero stars i would. For starters this franchisee owner has staff giving hardly ANY toppings. I moved from the west end and the pizza 73 that delivered to my house in meadowlark was awesome, when you order a pizza you actually get toppings and good service. I live FIVE minutes away from this place and it takes 45 to get to my house. On top of that last week i had a pizza order and they forgot to put sauce on BOTH my pizzas and it was cold. I fought customer service when i said the pizzas were terrible. First told i would get a 15 dollar credit and i said i wanted my money back or the order remade because this was the final straw from this location. They called the store and said my order would be remade. The pizzas took another 45 mins, one STILL had zero sauce and again they were cold. Normally i wouldnt ever do this but since i moved ive given them so many chances... i wrote in the box i wouldnt be ordering from them again. I see one person had the same problem i did with no sauce and bad toppings....

As always we ordered a pizza and wings .....todays wings looked like this in the box...."see attached pictures "....i always asked for "extra crispy" on our golden crispy wings....generally love how they taste and always hot and crispy on delivery....and quick delivery.....honestly.....i feel like stopping into this location to express my disappointment with this last order...and to show them the pictures of what showed up..."soggy oil filled box of wings".....sure....i could called them back and complained....but its not worth the effort to complain to someone in a call center who probibly could care less....so in summing up this review...im going to close with....its been nice...the food used to be good....but its just not worth it for a box of greasy soggy wings....i will be deleting the app and i will never ever order from...
