If I could give a zero star I would!!! This happened at 3am July 29th. I’m vegetarian (don’t judge order lol) and I ordered a Big Mac, no pickles (allergic), with tomato instead (keep in mind I told them before my order that it would be complicated). They gave me a big Mac with with no meat but with pickles and they forgot to add the tomatoes I ordered. I explained to them the mix up and they took it back. The second time they handed it to me it still did not have the tomatoes that I clearly ordered (not once but twice now). When I asked for the tomatoes they stated they put them on the burger, so I showed them they in fact did not. She said she would have to charge me because I did not ask for them in the first place. I informed her that she just finished saying she was confident that the kitchen added them so why would I be charged for something she thought I already had on the burger. She was snotty and rude during this interaction. In the end I had to pay for tomatoes to be added even though I previous already paid for them and they messed up my burger twice. Keep in mind my co-worker who was in the car that was a former manager at McDonald’s in Fort Saskatchewan was in emphasized how wrong the worker at this establishment handle the situation. I suggest taking the extra 5-10 minutes to travel to the next McDonald’s location. Read moreHad the worst experience this morning on the drive thru. I was there around 4 a.m. and just needed a coffee on my way to the airport. The menu screen was off so I though that’s why there was a line up of cars cause they are taking orders by the window. A voice suddenly asked me my order and she was pretty rude cause I said the screen was off so I can’t see the menu and she answered me rudely and it was turning on and off and she continued to be rude. As there were cars behind me I can’t back out anymore so I continued to wait and there were 3 cars infront of me, it was taking too long and I have a flight to catch. It took about a good 20 minutes of wait before the car infront of me got to the window and nobody was helping him. So again we waited but it was taking so long so I got out of my vehicle and politely asked the guy if he can drive his car forward so I can exit. The guy was a doordash driver and both of us were looking inside the window and a lady came out and said rudely (and she was mad) “there’s just the two of us if you guys can’t wait, leave!”. Is that how you treat a customer? She didn’t even apologize for the wait, the car infront of me drove of and I was too. The rude lady who was taking the order was asian. This needs action and it is not good for business. I used to work on a drive thru and worked all by myself and was able to get my job done. Read moreWORST MCDONALDS - UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and RUDE - I went through drive-thru to get my usual coffee and some nuggets. They made a mistake 3 times with my order. They charged me right but did not give me the right things. When I went the third time to tell them, the lady who was attending insulted me and was laughing of me. I asked for an apology and she refused to give it to me. Instead of, she laughed and left to the bathroom. I asked them for the supervisor and told me she will talk to her. I told them that everybody could do a mistake but she insulted me and the only thing that I wanted was a real apology. After almost 45 minutes, the lady came and said "oh sorry" and left. How bad reputation has McDonald, I usually go because I like its fast food. I felt very disappointed because I was treated with not respect at all; even more, she insulted me and did not want to offer any apology. I will suggest everybody that I know, not going to that McDonalds anymore. They can go to other franchise, I still have hope in McDonalds customer service.
