All things being equal they’re an average McDonald’s with below average concern for current market customers that need plugins and good internet speeds. No plugins and sub par internet when the Walmart they’re in offers free 45/45 speeds this McDonald’s offers like 2/0.75 at most. They won’t earn my future business, can’t work, till they improve the plugin situation and internet speeds. I’ll order my food and coffee at other brands till they fix that. These small things are big and will earn u more business with butts in seats. I’ll upgrade my review they they upgrade their desire for our business. Just as important as clean well stocked bathrooms.

If you have any allergies and put “no” for that item, Dont go here, they don’t care about your allergies or making sure the staff is paying attention to what they are doing, it took them three times in a row to Not put onions and pickles on my partners food and yet the manager on shift just joked it off. When I worked for them, they were very serious about allergies and making sure the staff doesn’t do it again, now it seems like it’s just best to avoid since they Dont take safety measures and would rather write off food and waste it. If you have this slip pop up you are to pay attention to it, not ignore it.

This is a restaurant that is lying about their times that it takes to deliver you your food. There is a screen that has your number on it of your receipt and they are clearing that receipt long before you receive your food so they can shorten their times in their data. When I asked to speak to the manager about it she basically ignored me and wouldn't let me tell her I know you're lying . The managers at this restaurant and several others are liars and cheaters. The photo show with the screen cleared of my order but me still waiting to receive my food.

It is a interesting in not a good way at this McDonald's for if they get more than one order they seem to get confused as to who orders it. Stopped in, ordered then was told to drive to the second window, as I was driving past the first window a punk kid hollered at me , did you not see me here. I replied no I was told to go to the second window. Got to the second window then was told to park around the corner. A young girl came out with an order, I watched her walk threw the parking lot for the person who ordered it. The girl asked me if I had ordered it. That was not my order so she took it back in the building. A couple minutes later the same girl came out with two trays of food and again was walking around the parking lot looking for who order it . It was a cool morning with a cool wind and the girl finally came to me asked if one was my I replied yes and I also payed for a bag to go with it. I asked if she can put it in a bag and remake my order for it was cold from her walking around with it. They remade my order and put it in a bag. Not impressed with this place and will not return to that location there are always...

This mcdonalds is terrible, it doesn't even deserve a star, and the manager, Kayla, is rude and arrogant. First of all, we only ordered 4 fries and a toy, but waited while 7 people drove off with their meal. Not only that, we asked for a specific toy, which they said that they had, but they ended up giving the only one away to one of the 7 people who drove past us in the drive-thru. So because we had to wait for just fries, our little girl didn't get the toy she wanted. The toy was the last straw. My husband went in to complain to Kayla the manager. Everything out of her mouth was rude, saying that he was embarrassing her, telling him to relax and that it only took a minute, and that if he didn't lower his voice she would walk away. At that point he walked away. We are ticked off. My little girl was really looking forward to that toy. She has the whole set except for that one. Thanks Kayla for disappointing my little girl.

P.s. Not sure if there wasn't that toy there, or if she was just being nasty to a little girl because we complained. If so,...

This is by far the best McDonald's in the city. They never screw up my order, fries are always fresh, and the drive thru is extremely efficient. They seem to retain their staff well because it's usually the same people working; you almost never see the same worker twice at any given McDonald's. Having worked for McDonald's in the past I can appreciate how above and beyond this location goes. Good job guys.

EDIT: They must have gotten new staff in the kitchen because now almost EVERY TIME I go and ask for no onions in my burger, it's found sandwiched between the 2 patties embedded in the cheese so I can't eat it and this is on my lunch breaks at work when I don't have the time to go back so I end up not eating at all.

Thanks McDonald's for ruining...
