Original review, in rebuttal to a bad faith low star review before the restaurant even opened: They're vegan!

Actual review after attending grand opening on Aug. 2, 2025: I absolutely love this place! My wife and I have gone to the Mayfield location a few times, but it was always too far of a drive from where we live in Leduc to make it frequently. We are both so happy to have a location on the south side! We've been vegan for 10+ years, and you just don't get this kind of food as a vegan! I like to try something new every time I go, but so far my favourite is the famous bacun melt (i think that's what it was called). Super crispy, well seasoned fries and tater tots, and poutine! So excited whenever i can get vegan poutine. Lots of gluten free options, and my wife is obsessed with the milkshakes! We will absolutely be coming here all the time. We see movies in South common multiple times a month, so this will be our new go-to for dinner before or after. Got to chat with the franchise owner for a minute and he was very lovely, friendly, and inviting. Service was quick and everything was cooked really well. Not a single complaint for this visit, other than the torrential downpour we drove through to get there. So nice to see so many people coming out for the grand opening! We need more...

Amazing Plant-Based Food & Great Service at Odd Burger (Ellerslie Rd SW) We had an awesome experience at Odd Burger on Ellerslie Rd SW! We ordered the Vopper Combo with Greek Poutine, the Crispy Chickun Combo with Tater Tot Poutine, and a Mocha Milkshake everything came out hot, fresh, and super flavorful. The food was delicious, and it was ready really fast too. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and even the washrooms were spotless which shows they really care about the whole customer experience. I’d highly recommend this location, whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to try something new and more sustainable. The menu has so many great plant-based options, and it feels good knowing it's all cruelty-free and 100% plant-based. Love that it’s also a local Canadian brand definitely worth supporting! I’ll definitely be back and will be encouraging others to check it out too. Keep it up, Odd Burger...

I recently visited Odd Burger Edmonton, and I’m seriously impressed! If you’re vegan (or even just vegan-curious), this place is a must-try.

I ordered the Sticky ChickUn Burger, and it blew me away—crispy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The Famous Burger (their Big Mac-style option) was packed with sauce and layers—definitely messy, but in the best way. The loaded tots and vegan milkshake (strawberry for me!) were the perfect sides.

What I loved most is that the whole menu is 100% plant-based, and they don’t skimp on taste or portion size. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while service was a little slow (everything is made fresh), it was worth the wait.

There’s also a cool self-serve kiosk system that lets you customize your order—super convenient.
