1 star If I could give zero stars, I would.
I just had the most disrespectful and infuriating experience at this KFC/Taco Bell location. I came through the drive-thru to order food for my wife, my son, and myself. When I tried to use my SPC offer to upgrade the fries in my combo to Fries Supreme (something I’ve done multiple times before at this exact location), the employee had no idea what I was talking about and called over the manager.
The man who came to the window, who claimed his name was Chris and said he was the general manager, told me flat-out, “That’s not true,” as if I was lying. Not only was he rude, but he had a smug, condescending tone like he couldn’t care less about what I was saying. I told him this was absurd and that I didn’t appreciate being treated like I was making things up. Frustrated, I parked and went inside to speak with him directly.
When I asked for his full name, I mispronounced his last name while repeating it back, and out of nowhere, he hit me with: “That’s not my name, I’m not a Muslim.” EXCUSE ME? What does being Muslim have to do with ANY of this? Nobody brought up religion. It was a completely out-of-pocket, unprovoked comment, extremely unprofessional, and honestly offensive. As a Muslim, I take serious issue with that kind of tone and ignorance.
Even after I showed him my phone with the offer clearly stating it was redeemable in-store, he doubled down and refused to honor it. This guy clearly doesn’t care about customers, policies, or basic decency. And this is the person supposedly running the store?
Let me be clear, this manager’s behavior was disgusting. Rude, dismissive, borderline discriminatory. Not only did he lose a customer today, but his actions pose a serious risk to this business. Word spreads. You treat people like this, they don’t come back, and neither do their families or friends.
I’ll never eat at this location again. Honestly, I might be done with Taco Bell and KFC...
Read moreDecember 20 early morning sometime between 1030-11am me and my husband went through the drive-thru as our son is craving for gravy. So we bought chicken fries gravy and 2 zinger sandwiches ( we do love their zinger ). We waited for a while but hey, waiting means getting "freshly cooked fast food". Only to find out that the buns are molded. We are a family of 4, and with all the school and work schedule we dont want to go back for it( but hey, that is still hard earned money that cost the purchase of the food) anyway, called in, in the evening ( busy) nicely telling the lady about the moldy buns, seemed like the staff ddnt understood me well ( not being racist ) so i asked for manager or supervisor, just to nicely warn them to be careful with food handling, however, supervisor us too busy to talk to a customer who is pregnant and had almost eaten a moldy bun ( it will not kill ). I called with a happy tone and hung up with a very disappointed customer service experience. Wouldnt hurt to speak for a minute. I have been a manager for 15 years and this is absolutely unacceptable. Not even going to give one star. But hey, they probably wont care? Its a big company. I guess one preggo disappointed customer not going to hurt...
Read moreWe order last night at around 9:45 pm, It was not even busy that time and we’re the only car at the Drive -Thru, while we’re ordering over the speaker the lady who took our order was being unfriendly and when we got our food after (more than 5minutes) there’s no receipt in the bag and the chicken was completely burnt; it looks like an old oil or they put it back on the oil just to look fresh and hot. We went back and the lady was extremely rude and doesn’t even have any training on Customer Service, when we said that the chicken is burnt she was so confidence and said “it’s just crispy” we’re not stupid to not realize what’s the difference between Crispy and Burnt. After we said that we need a new one that Indian Lady said that “so do you want more crispy?” Instead of apologizing she was so rude and looks like she’s mad. This is not the first time that we encounter these rude employees, the management team doesn’t even do their job to coach their employees on how to handle proper guest service. ( even their managers doesn’t even know to handle a customer complain) these employees need to learn how to apologize and be nice to their guest. I hope that the management will make...
