The place has gone totally down hill with the new staff. I ordered my tea via mobile order at 11:18 this morning and the Estimate time was 9minutes for order pick up. With the line up at the pick up I got there at the window at 11:34 (16minutes later). The girls at the window just kept ignoring me and kept taking orders and preparing order people. I kept waiting. After about another 5 minutes she handed me a sandwich. I told her that’s not my order and then she stared at me for a while as if she has totally checked out of work and was not focusing the job at hand. Thn she looked at her screen and said oh you are that mobile order guy. I said yes and so at around 11:45 I was able to get my tea. No apologies no Thank you for waiting nothing just handed the tea. I looked at her and shook my head...still a dumb look.. the tea was cold of course. What’s the point of even making a mobile order when you can’t even respect people’s time. Place is going Totally down hill...No wonder they have incidents like the one at Philadelphia with such untrained or I should say uninterested staff...keep up the good work...at least I won’t be recharging my mobile card...

Second, looks like they are trying to push cashless. Apparently they can't break a $50, or according to the cashier even a $20, because usually if people pay cash it is $5 and $10s so if you don't have that you need to use plastic.
Third I ordered two drinks, and one was with oat milk due to a dairy intolerance. One drink came so full it was pouring over the sides (required drinking some right away and numerous napkins to clean the mess). The other drink was made with milk, the barista looked confused when I said it was ordered with oat milk due to a dairy intolerance. They remade the drink, this drink came a solid inch to inch and a half below the top of the mug.
Overall I am less than impressed. They are a service industry in what most would consider a cash industry, I asked for two off the menu drinks, and nothing...
Read moreI had an unpleasant experience with a young female staff member. We had ordered a cake pop, and she double-checked our order. After picking up our drinks, she didn’t give us the cake pop we had ordered and was busy cleaning the floor. Only when we asked for the pickup did she finally hand us a cake pop—one that we hadn’t even ordered.
When I told her, “That’s not what we ordered,” her facial expression was outrageous. Wasn’t it her mistake? Who was she trying to blame? She didn’t curse at us out loud, but her expression was no different from swearing, and there was no apology whatsoever. Or maybe that young employee was just having a bad day? I don’t understand why she had to dump her bad mood on us. I will not...
