Honest Review: 3.5/5 I recently visited the upgraded and renovated Tim Hortons location, and overall, it’s a solid stop for your morning coffee and treats. The renovation has certainly given the place a fresh, cleaner look, although I did notice that the space feels a bit smaller. With the new setup, it seems to create a cozy atmosphere, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Mornings here are definitely the busiest, which isn’t surprising given that it’s right on the corner and attracts a lot of traffic. Unfortunately, this location does have its share of homeless individuals nearby, which might be a concern for some patrons. Parking is limited, so I highly recommend using the drive-thru, which is designed for convenience in this setup. I’ve visited multiple times on my way to work, and I’m pleased to report that my orders have been accurate. However, I did notice that the staff's demeanor can vary—sometimes they’re friendly, while other times they seem a bit on edge, particularly depending on who’s at the drive-thru. A little hospitality training could go a long way in enhancing the overall experience, or maybe they need to hire some more younger guys - even part time to help train and approach customers better as I find the younger crowd is more welcoming. Another, If they could improve the traffic flow, that would make a significant difference as well, as it tends to tie up the intersection right at the exit. Despite these minor issues, this Tim Hortons is a decent spot for your coffee fix and tasty donuts, earning it a solid 3.5 stars from me. With a few tweaks to service and traffic management, it could easily bump up to a higher rating.

The restaurant is fine, however the accessibility is awful. Since it reopened at the end of August I have been here a few times. The last time was Saturday Sept 21 and the accessible door button has been broken. It has almost been a month and the place was just renovated! The door should have been fixed by now I have reported this to the staff at least 3-4 times. One told me to use the other door, but has NO accessibility features. The bathroom door are also not very accessible. They require customers to go to the staff to get them to push a button to unlock it, but there is no visual indicator that the door is unlocked making it harder for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to access. On top of that the door is heavy which makes it harder for older people or people who are weak. It is so disappointing that this place was renovated but accessibly even thought of Picture is of the door without the accessibility button. I have a video of the other door’s button not working but I cannot attach videos to this review.

I don't know what happened since the renovations but I have been drinking the same coffee every day, up to 3 times a day for the last year or so. And now every time I go through the drive through I pull ahead and park to taste my coffee. I have to go in and get them to fix it. 3 times today they made my coffee before it was right and I'm just so frustrated. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for consistency. This is my order: a caramel iced coffee. Sometimes there's goopy caramel in the bottom that takes forever to stir in (especially with a paper straw) other times it's too dark and bitter. Other times it's basically drinking cream. I know it's considered fast food and I'm trying to be patient but seriously? The ladies here are really sweet though, and I mean no disrespect to them. I'm hoping it's a transition thing.

Why does Tim’s keep adding to their menu when they cannot get their basic items “right” why can they not work on providing real value? Would that not boost sales?

I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance. I went thru drive thru and ordered a coffee and a English muffin with egg and cheese. The coffee was fine and they put a sleeve on cup. Good thing for the sleeve because coffee was hot! The English muffin with egg/cheese was awful! The egg was warm as well as one half the English muffin, the other half of English muffin was cool/cold. It was like eating a half raw something or other. This was the reason I quit going to Tim’s in the first place. I was the only one in drive thru so it should not have been an issue of them being overwhelmed. Needless to say I threw it out.

I am no marketing genius but maybe if Tim’s worked on their food prep/presentation instead of continually adding menu items to increase profit they would be further ahead but then again maybe not?

Their coffee (dark roast)is decent, their food I personally find unacceptable. Their service is warm and cold just like their sandwiches.

I give up.........I will not give another cent of my money to an organization that cannot even get the basics right in the name of profit! I miss the Tim’s of 30 plus years ago, It was fairly basic and...

This store is a joke. I'm sure all the employees are teen moms who never finished high school and cannot read or listen to a very basic order. I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt by going inside instead of ordering through the drive through. I waited at the front of the nonexistent line and watched all the staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Someone looked at me and then looked away and then looked back and then rolled her eyes as she started to take my order. The girl that was supposed to be at the register cut in front of the girl taking my order and proceeds to "help" me and give attitude the whole time. After paying for my food and drink, I waited a total of 12 minutes for a chicken wrap and received my steeped tea, with the tea mostly on the outside of the cup, as well as instead of 2 sugar, the tea had 2 milk. I mentioned it and the girl at the till just rolled her eyes and did nothing. When I finally opened my wrap it looked like someone jammed all the ingredients in the box and poured sauce all over it. I have never been so...
