Pita Pit — Restaurant in Electoral Area A

This is a terribly-run business. I feel bad because the man working there was very nice, but I’ve been here several times and it’s always the same: there is 1 employee who needs to do everything, so it’s very slow. And they seem to prioritize Uber orders, so you’ll be standing there for like 10 mins while he makes stuff for people who aren’t even there. The food is okay, but the place is kinda dirty. The grill and toasters are always dirty looking. This time, I was told that they were out of large pitas, but he would make it in a small pita and fill it up with the same amount of ingredients — and still charge me for a large. Fine. But it burst apart and disintegrated as I ate it because it was too full. Maybe not the best policy… anyways, Pita Pit is very understaffed and as such, the quality of the food, restaurant cleanliness and overall experience and wait times are...

I heard an insider news about this place. A friend of mine was working here and he dropped a bucket of lettuce on the ground. The manager came and told him to pick it up off the ground and put it back - to be served. I never went back after.

I returned after a few years later. But occasionally... I decided that it would be unfair not to give them a second chance. As well, I should be writing about their food quality and their service rather than just an insider news.

In terms of food, you get what you pay for. Its not the best, but it's also not the worst. You can build your own pita so you either dig your own grave or find the right combination to stimulate your tastebuds.

Ordered food from UBER Eats, delivered was fast and perfect but I have 2 ordered of cookies which it should be 4pc and I only got 2pc, that’s okay! BUT!!!!
