I went there this evening and I asked do you guys have the my box order with two toppings and chicken nuggets or the medium with 3 toppings she said no we have only my box So i said i need to place 2 orders with different toppings no bacon plz So i stupidly sat there for almost half an hour then she gave me one bacon and mushrooms and another olive and mushrooms When i asked tomato and mushrooms and another one mushrooms and olives I went home i find out that she gave me bacon which I donât eat I called them they said you have to come back and get another one that they can verify and see the pizza they make that it has bacon on it I have no time for that i asked them gently to send a driver and i will pay for delivery fees and he can bring my pizza Iâm tired from work and she was telling me to go back there and get the order I make the kids waiting to eat before sleeping Itâs already 9pm By me driving there and back home it will be 10pm I donât recommend this place to order your food Secondly deals are on other branches hanging on the wall Just this morning I ordered the one pizza with three toppings for 11.99 If you guys canât handle this much of work flow you should hire more workers that way there wonât be a confusion on orders or neither a cashier handling food and putting pizzas inside boxes or drivers outside in without using sanitizer before and after delivery Just to recap if you care about your customers you should deliver a miss placed order which is your mistake for sure not me calling you then you pretend like hello hello that you canât hear me when we were already talking Just to make you satisfied this is a picture of the one pizza you messed with Im sorry to come there Or i will be dumb if i show up at your location There was no manager who handle a customer complaint just piling up money Im sorry for pizza hut franchise A normal business with small complaints it should be solved at the spot You told me i placed a take out order that i found up when im home it was wrongly done so to fix that you should offer a free delivery service For me i can sleep with no food no problem but i have one kid who have allergies from pickled olive so the only option os the mushrooms and tomatoes and you ruined out I had to drive to mcdonalds and get a kids pack What a...

I was in the store less than 5 minutes and my hair and skin smell like smoke for hours after. I feel very sorry for the employees that must work in this condition. I just wanted to pick up a pizza as I had noticed other locations were advertising a three topping 12 inch medium pizza for $10. I hadn't had Pizza Hut for quite some time that used to be one of the top places many years ago but they lost my business and I have not tried it again for quite some time but I thought hey $10 for a medium 3 topping pizza why not give them a shot again . Big mistake ! I tried everything I could to call ahead and order my pizza but for some reason the phone number was not working and there was not one for this store so I was forced to go there. From my house there are two locations approximately the same distance one of them being the one that had the deal posted outside. This location was a little more convenient I walked into this location through a thick cloud of smoke and asked if they had that deal. The Man Behind the Counter was very proud to tell me that they did not have that deal and then list off all the other locations that did. Normally when someone does this I would just walk out and go to one of the other locations but I had time-sensitive groceries in the trunk and needed to just grab a pizza on my way home. So I bought a 5 topping medium Pizza. I must say thank goodness the crust was good cuz that is pretty much all that was on this pizza. Last night, I placed an order through Uber Eats. While the packaging was neat, a key item valued at $21.99 was missing from my $28.99 order. Uber Eats issued a $5 credit, which felt inadequate given I only received a fraction of what I paid for.
Still hopeful, I contacted Pizza Hut directly. What followed was, frankly, unacceptable. I was given the storeâs number, but when I called, I was met with hostility. Rather than being offered any understanding or assistance, I was repeatedly told loudly and dismissively to âcall Uber.â I calmly asked if I could simply pick up the missing item, but the representative continued to yell, provided no real explanation, and hung up. When my wife called shortly after, she received the same treatment.
Eventually, we were told about the Uber-Pizza Hut policy, but only after the aggressive tone and lack of basic customer service had already soured the interaction. Was it really so difficult to communicate with a little professionalism and kindness?
