Place has really gone down hill, used to go here with my staff every Wednesday for 7 years, stopped going due to inconsistency with ordering and pricing every visit. Gave them a try two weeks ago and boy was that a mistake!
Messed up my order and didn't get what I paid for in the bag, didn't have time to go back since I was busy at work so decided to call. Told the guy the issue and that I couldn't make it back right now, what's the best way to handle this. Took my name, phone number, receipt number and said just come in and tell them your name is in the book and we'll give you a meal for free.
Show up today, name is not in the book apparently... "do you have your receipt sir?", no I do not, I was not told to keep it, I was told my name was in the book. Ended up leaving without what I was promised to fix the original issue. They'll look into it and see if they can find it for me.
The manager themself would not come to speak to me, the poor lady had to go back and forth between us. Being the only person taking orders, other customers were waiting and not being served, that's terrible service and bad management. I feel bad for you and hope you get another job before this place goes out of business entirely... which is probably inevitable given what I've seen and heard since I stopped being a regular.
Now I will go and waste more time reporting this as a fraudulent charge, since I was charged for items I did not receive... luckily McDonalds and Wendy's are just down the road and seem very willing to serve customers.
UPDATE: I did receive a call the next morning and was offered an apology and that I would receive a free burger. I went in today, collected on that and they did give me the meal and upgraded the fries without being prompted.
So while the experience was frustrating, mixups can happen and I was offered appropriate compensation, so I've upgraded the review from 1 star to 3 star. I hope they are able to improve the consistency and build this back to...

Customer and Delivery Driver Treatment:
During my visit to your Burger King location, I observed the poor treatment of Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers by your staff. These drivers contribute significantly to your business by ensuring orders are delivered to customers efficiently.
I was particularly concerned that staff were insisting drivers bring their delivery bags inside the restaurant to pick up orders. Most drivers keep their delivery bags in their vehicles, as they only need them when transporting food to customers. Insisting they bring the bags inside is unnecessary and creates an unwelcoming environment. It’s not a big deal if the bags remain in their vehicles—they will still transfer the food into the bags to keep it warm.
In Canada, we value treating everyone equally and respectfully, regardless of racial appearance or job title. Many delivery drivers are hardworking individuals who also have full-time jobs and respectable positions. They deliver on the side to make a better living, often after long workdays. They deserve the same respect as anyone else.
Additionally, I observed staff speaking in their own language in front of customers, which comes across as unprofessional. While it’s important to respect everyone’s linguistic background, in a professional environment like yours, staff should speak a language that ensures all customers feel included and respected—typically English or French in Canada.
I urge management to address these issues and ensure fairness and dignity for all—whether customers, employees, or delivery drivers. A little kindness goes a long way in creating a positive environment for everyone.

And its not just this location, its all of THEM, all though Im leaving this review for this location as I was just there. So, we waited about 3 minutes at the speaker and when nobody answered, we were talking amongst ourselves if we came to the right speaker and then after we questioned that someone FINALLY answered. No biggie though. So then we order our food, I ask for FRESH chicken and extra MAYO on my sandwiches and MAYO PACKETS in the bag. So then we get to the window and pay and since my chicken is being freshly cooked we have to pull ahead and wait in a parking spot. No biggie. Except it was a biggie, because we waited another 5 minutes in the parking lot, then I checked the bag, no mayo packets, no shocker because they always seem to this screw up. Wish I would have felt the sandwiches because after I had to go in and get mayo in the store, we left and got home to find out my sandwiches did not have extra mayo.... Again, no shocker because they always screw this up. Best part? My chicken WASN'T fresh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So thanks for making us wait 5 minutes for what we didn't ask for :D On top of that, my wife's fries were BURNT but somehow also COLD? WHO IS RUNNING BURGER KINGS!!! Its almost as if nobody there can read English let alone speak it. And the company wonders why they cant keep in competition with other fast food places....
