Chatime — Restaurant in Halifax

There are times when customers wait in line for a product only to find that the item is sold out. This should be posted close to the door to avoid wasting customer time. The manager in the past has responded negatively to valid customer concerns and this reflects badly on the whole company. It has changed the way that I view the chattime brand. The bubble tea was good, it is nice to have lots of options for flavors as well as addons, but there was no option for fresh fruit?? I have never been to a bubble tea place anywhere else in Canada that does not have the option for fresh fruit in your bubble tea. The only option they had was a fruit juice, but this was not anywhere near the same.
