They used to be one of my favorite spots to get breakfast. However poor attention to detail has really put a damper on the quality of what I've purchased recently. I ordered a yogurt and granola that had 1 tiny little scoop of yogurt. I actually thought they forgot to put yogurt in so I asked and was told "Sorry thats the last of the yogurt we had. we gave you extra fruit through". So that got returned. And most recently the last two breakfast bagels i've ordered I've requested no-mayo please put chipotle sauce on and guess what, mayo both times.

You have to wait close to 10 minutes for your sandwich. It would be nice if they could just take an extra 30 seconds to make sure they are making it right so you don't have to wait another 10 minutes while they remake it.

Their debit machine does not work and their employees don’t do anything about it. Now I understand this was not his fault but the responds was unacceptable. The server at the counter said very sarcastically “well it’s not working so have a great day” & did not offer any solutions. They had made half my order so you are wasting food which is awful in itself. He mentioned that this is an on going issue so I’m confused as to why it has not been fixed. Management should be on top of things like this as you aren’t going to make much money with non working equipment. This individual should be taught some customer service skills as I have been here many times and never received the negativity I did today from any other worker.
