This place deserves zero stars, however, the review won't let me continue without a rating. WORST customer service experience EVER in a diner!! The waitress was very RUDE. As I was waiting for my sister, I had asked the waitress if there were fruit cups on the menu. She grabbed the menu and pointed to fruit salad. I said great, I would like one of those please. I was asked if I wanted it now or when my sister shows up and I politely asked for now. A couple arrived and sat at a table adjacent to mine and they were not asked to show their QR code. "Don't worry, I trust you" and then the waitress put her hands on that customer in a non-violent manner and everyone was joking around. How very unprofessional. Their orders taken and they were served first. I was still waiting for my fruit salad. My sister arrived a good 40 minutes later and I was still waiting for my fruit salad. When it finally arrived, I was taken aback, as was my sister (we shared), the strawberries were dry in the middle (bananas and strawberries were cut up) the blueberries were quite tart, the tiny bits of melon were tasteless. When I asked for extra sugar please, the waitress huffed before handing 2 packets over. Then came our order (Western on White toast) & btw, the waitress seemed annoyed we didn't order the "brown". As there were French fries with the order, I asked the waitress if there was any vinegar or if they had packets. The waitress huffed as she gave us the vinegar bottle. The food that was supposed to be hot, was cold and tasteless. It was rather disgusting and I don't know where the stated ingredients were in the egg part of the western, maybe they packed up and went to another restaurant, because they certainly weren't in this order! My sister and I were attempting to bring up the dissatisfaction of the order and we were quite simply, ignored. Another lady walked in and sat at a table closest to the door and even she had a hard time with the waitress. A few times, the waitress seemed to acknowledge this customer, however, ignored her as she paid attention to the other customers. I will NEVER step foot in THAT establishment again. As I was leaving, ($$ on the table but just enough to cover the bill), my sister was just getting up (I walk slower), the waitress looks over the barrier to the table and my sister pointed to the money stating "it's there". The waitress was quick to grab the money but could be heard complaining that we didn't clean the table nor leave a tip. The service was deplorable and the food was disgusting! My BLACK coffee...
Read moreIt's an okay place if they had more staff on site maybe it would thrive more. I noticed the restaurant when I was on one of my shopping trips. Thought it would be a good place to take my mom daughter and my niece for lunch. Me and my mom ordered the same chicken wraps with fries. My daughter had the kids breakfast eggs home fries toast and Orange juice my niece had french toast. Took about 25 min for our food to reach our table and it being not busy in there it was us and another family that was just finishing up their meal. One server and one cook. By the time our food got to us one bite in and we are all returning our plates of food. My daughter was the only one out of 3 of us who got to enjoy her meal. My niece's french toast she ordered was definitely not cooked properly and it smelled rotten. The wraps me and my mom had were not 🚫 worth the price. Chicken kept falling out so much dressing to where it was spewing out of the wrap 🌯 all over my hands my Mom did even finish hers. Fries could have been cooked more. Even the condements were abit off ketchup was watery hunny pack and jams smelt weird too.Over all we payed 20$ essentially for a kids breakfast because my daughter was the only one who walked out of this place feeling full. Even with the deductions from the bill and our returned food. Was not worth a penny it was a terrible experience and I feel bad for the one server that had to go through...
Read moreTLDR: Disgusting inedible food. Unwelcoming cranky staff. No masks, no hand washing between touching raw meat and other ingredients. Absolutely would not recommend, no idea how they're still open.
We ordered takeout and our waitress walked away partway through to go say hi to another customer. The cook stared daggers at us across the kitchen while we ordered our food. From the register you can see the cook making your food and we watched him touch raw bacon, sausage and ham, without gloves, and then make the rest of our food without washing his hands. After ordering our waitress just walked away - no thank you, no approximate time that our food would be ready, she just completely ignored us from that point onward. She walked through the kitchen and asked the cook if he was in a bad mood, to which he grumbled back something unintelligible.
We ended up throwing out all the food (2 big breakfasts and a western omelette) because it was quite frankly inedible. Everything was greasy and tasteless, and the portions were small. A huge waste of food and $55. I wouldn't recommend this...
