New York Fries - Lloyd D Jackson Square — Restaurant in Hamilton

Dec 8 5:30-6pm: I ordered a regular poutine and as I was eating I saw there was a hair in it. I went back to the worker and told her there was and she said ejat hair there is no hair and I said why would I come here and say there is one if there isn’t. And she told me she has to take a picture to show her manager and then make me a new one. I showed her where the hair is she took it out and said it’s not hers because it’s short. Who else hair would it be if she was the only employee working at the time and I don’t have short hair either. She through the hair on the counter and said I have to wait to get another one and I said ok. So what happened to having to take a picture of it? Also my second order I threw it in the garbage because she drenched it in gravy and barely any fries or cheese. Worst experience at this...

Usually when I order here it’s fine. But today I placed an order with Diet Pepsi and was given normal Pepsi. There were a couple of other small things but I don’t think it’s really worth mentioning, those weren’t big deals that affect my medical state. This wouldn’t be a huge issue to most, but I have type I diabetes. It spiked my blood sugar. What an upsetting thing. Highkey best location I’ve been to for NYF, they actually give me a straw and a REALLY good amount of fries compared to others (looking at u square one location). Also the hotdog texture here doesn’t make me want to cry 🙏 the ppl working here are also always so chill I think I’m considered a regular at this point lol but the fries are fr always super crispy and good 💯 the ppl working here always work super fast they should get a raise I’m gonna be so real like damn bonus points for literally never messing up my drink too (I need diet due to being type one diabetic)...
