I recently ordered two pizzas from Gino's Pizza for a birthday party, and I must say, their service was exceptional in every way. From the moment I placed my order until the pizzas arrived, I experienced nothing but efficiency and professionalism. The delivery was remarkably quick, and the pizzas arrived hot and delicious. My order arrived incomplete, and it is devastating as I broke my arm 2 days ago I am relying on food services and I am bothered by this experience. I do not have a phone because it was stolen, however I was able to place an online order. My dipping sauces never came which detracts from the enjoyment of the food, and the bacon strips are lightly done. My pizza was not hot when I received it, I don't mind waiting for late orders as this one was, but to wait longer for cold food doesn't sit well with me. I am an organic farmer, and we usually order massive pizza orders for lunch once a week we usually get 3 large special pizzas, it was split between ginos and lava pizza, but at this point I can't say anything good about ginos. The constant fumbles, I've had enough. My food is cold and pieces are missing. I regret tipping, and I regret my entire experience. I paid for a product and a service, the service made the product unenjoyable and now if the service was rectified I've now got a cold and lightly done pizza, I'd just like a refund for the dipping sauces and to never deal with ginos pizza again. I'm sure this could be made up to me, but I'm not interested in asking for free things. As an honest hard worker I can support this type of business practice, and I will make sure to let our greater hamilton area farmers know that Ginos doesn't play by the rules, and jerks their customers around. Ordered 2 pizzas both were undercooked but one the dough was almost raw. Called back told them and was told not to eat it (understandable, I didnt want to anyway) and they would send out another. Waited another 45 minutes and the delivery guy told us to check the order before he left so we did and the pizza had flipped around I the box and all the toppings were on the lid. Phoned back and I was told I'd get a cash refund without knowing when I'd get my money back and all the lady said was she didnt know when but someone would give ke my money back and was unsure how theyd do that and possibly a driver would drive back again but with my money. I am only being refunded for one pizza even though I've had to wait 90 minutes in total (and I tipped the original driver too) plus have to wait for them to come back and bring me my money. Pathetic. The woman was rude too. Update the delivery guy didnt have the proper change and we weren't refunded the right amount. Update again: a woman called the next day a d said I will be getting the rest of my money back and a free xl pizza. She was so pleasant to deal with! Edit AGAIN: So she was pleasant to my face but when the pizza got here delivery guy told me.to check, I checked and WRONG SIZE (medium), he called the woman and I heard her say to him "well she should just take what she can get".
