Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

My mother ordered the family pizza for dinner only to wait 2 hours after the casual dinner time. By the time the pizza delivery man came he was a real nuisance saying rude comment when my mother was about to pay. When he gave us the pizza he stormed off ill-mannered only since we didn't give him a tip because of how abnoxus he was. We decided to put aside how mean he was and eat....... Only to find the pizza Burt stone cold cut imaturely. We didn't even want to eat. When my mother called again she was then treated poorly which shouldn't have happen to a PAYING costumer! Because of this I suggest nobody to come to this chaotic place let alone eating their dreadful pizza. If any body were to order their pizza you will notice things such as: rude employees, bad services, old pizza, no refunds, burnt pizza,etc...... Because of this they should go out of business. Nobody should receive cold burnt pizza with a side of bad treatment. This is unacceptable. Keep it up. Then see what happens...... wait I know bad business and a stranded ginos pizza. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas today from the Mall road location. They arrived to my house and as soon as i opened the box I could smell something wasn’t right, almost like one of the 4 ingredients this pizza was made of had gone bad. I didn’t think anything more of it and thought my sense of smell might be off, so I gave my kids a slice each and one for myself. Took my first bite and almost vomited immediately. I quickly grabbed the slices back from my kids so they didn’t consume whatever garbage Gino’s pizza mall road is trying to pass off as food. I spent over 50 dollars on this meal including delivery and It was absolutely disgusting, I cannot even identify what the disgusting taste was or what ingredient it came from but I have never tasted a pizza like this before. The sauce the cheese the dough the pepperoni, something was rancid and gone bad. Could not even get in touch with the store to tell them and so here I am. This place is the worst for customer service!!!! Avoid this location!!!! Called and placed an order for delivery, Then they call back 10 mins later and state they don’t deliver to our area. No offer of a different location etc. I then call back and say I’ll pick up the order instead, the guy who answers the phone said there was a mistake and that they will deliver after all with an ETA of 1hr, I agree and think that all is good....... 1 hr and 15mins later still no food. So I call back and share my concerns, there appears to be a mass of confusion between multiple ppl on their part as they argue amongst them selves. Eventually a lady who I believe is the manger take the phone and shares that they DON’T deliver to our area and now she suggest I call a different location or I can come pick up the food!!!!!
