I ordered off Ubereats from this restaurant, the delivery time was about 20 minutes from the time I placed my order til it came to my house. Within that time, not only was my food cold, but the chicken was under cooked, the fries were cold and soggy, the popcorn chicken was white, cold, and not cooked. They must of shoved it in a microwave because it wasn't even cooked properly. The Flatbread was cold and had had a leaf of lettuce along with a small chicken strip that as well wasn't even cooked.

The meal was so bad, Ubereats refunded me THE FULL VALUE of the meal by seeing only a picture of the chicken.

As for customer service or lack of, I called this location and wanted to notify somebody that they're sending out under cooked chicken. All I ended up getting was a lady who was telling me my food was fine and that I must be imaging things. She then attempted to offer me store credit Instead of a refund, I told them I didn't trust the person who is making food and she blew up on the phone. I know fast food can be stressful but I spent 48 dollars on under cooked chicken, soggy fries, and probably stale Flatbread.

Head office needs to look in at this location and the city food inspector needs to audit this place so they stop sending out under cooked chicken and make sure these cooks have their food handlers certificate.

Great place to get your fast food craving fix. Small but efficient little drive-thru speed establishment, with polite staff that both take your order but also handle tasks in the kitchen. Although I didn't see any hand washing from the cash handling to the back where the food is made I didn't let that deter me with how polite the staff was and how incredibly fast my food was even on a busy day and during one of their peaks times. Dinner time on Tuesday evening. Would definitely come here again, who wouldn't it's KFC come on now. 3 stars for atmosphere bc although it's bright and clean inside, the staff make for a nice atmosphere with their moods and attitudes, the restaurant however lacks a place for customers to not only eat their food but lacks in having even a place for customers who have ordered their food to sit and wait. Should be 1 star rather but I thought that might not be fair. Also, a young girl in the back cooking the chicken had a face like a piece of wood the other day when I leaned forward and looked right at her, made eye contact, and said thank you. Ordered delivery for dinner - 3 popcorn chicken bowls, a bucket of chicken, 2 large sides, a large gravy, 3 pops and a chocolate chip cookie. The order took almost 2 hours to deliver, when it got here, the driver insisted we check the order in front of him to make sure it was correct, which it was not. 1 popcorn chicken bowl, all of the pops, 2/3 large sides and the cookie were missing, The driver checked his car and didn’t have the missing items, so we said he would go back to the store to get them. I called the store to let them know that there were missing items and that the driver would be returning to get them. The teenager working there was extremely ignorant, she yelled over the phone that the order was correct, I insisted it was not, she proceeded to yell and call me a liar. I asked for the store owners info and she told me she owned the store. I proceeded to tell her I would just come down and get the items, she told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. The situation was only rectified because I do not live far and ended up going in person to the store.
