Pizza Bell & Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

I used to love coming here when it was Royals Pizza. Ever since the new people took over and renamed it Pizza Bell this place is already going downhill in terms of quality. The crust is changed and tastes more like cardboard, its thinner and less doughy than it used to be. The last few times I've gone here they don't even have pepperoni or cheese slices, why would you not have the most popular choice always available? If that ever happened with the old owners it was okay because they assured me fresh ones were coming and they did. Meanwhile the other day a lady in front of me asked if more pepperoni was coming but they were making more Canadian. Why? There was already like half a Canadian pizza sitting there but one pepperoni slice left? What kind of sense does that make? This was the best pizza you could get for how cheap it was, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they raise the prices within the year. I'd rather go to Pizza Pizza and that's saying something. Here's to you, Royal's Pizza. You truly were the best. I don't want to support this place but I hope the old owners are successful. They were extremely kind to me and were good people.

P.S. There's a fancy pizza place across the street called Flora that is more expensive and doesn't have slices but you should get your pizza from there instead as the quality is great if you're looking for a full pizza.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and immense pain. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, but the staff carelessly served us a non-vegetarian pizza. Three of our members, who strictly follow a vegetarian diet due to deep-rooted religious beliefs, unknowingly ate it.

When we found out, they were shocked, devastated, and emotionally shattered. This is not just a simple mistake — it is a complete disregard for food safety, customer trust, and religious sentiments.
