Let me start by saying I rarely... give a 5 ⭐ rating. I wasn't expecting much from Freddy's. Thought it would be your basic run of the mill Mediterranean/ Shawarma restaurant. But boy was I ever wrong.

From the moment my family and I walked in, we were warmly greeted and the vibe was purely positive. The waitress was very personable, warm, friendly and helpful🤗

Love the fact the kitchen is open and you can see the talented chef at work.

Once our plates reached our table, we were all amazed on the portion sizes. It's nice to see that not all businesses are cutting back on food portions. Definitely, no shrink flation here😉. I'd be hard press if anyone's stomach would leave Freddy's still hungry 😄

The flavoring of the dish's we ordered were distinctively flavourful. Perfectly done. But I am assuming that's due to the many years of experience of the chef / owner / operator Freddy. A wonderfully humble person. You combine great food with great service, and what you get is a perfectly wonderful restaurant that you will keep coming back to over and over again.

After an early evening appointment in downtown Hamilton, we decided to check out the new Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant I'd heard so much about, and I'm certainly glad we did! We were greeted at the door by a warm & cheerful man, who welcomed us in, and who, I believe, is the owner. The waitress who brought our menus was very friendly, had a great smile, and was more than happy to explain any of the menu items I wasn't familiar with. We both ordered the Kafta Pita, which was served with a small side salad and 2 different sauces. Everything tasted so fresh & was absolutely delicious! And there is nothing skimpy about this dish, it is a lot of food! The Kafta Pita is now my new 'favorite food' and I'm so happy to see I can also Door Dash it whenever the cravings hit! Freddy's Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant is is very clean, spacious & has a very nice atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food is amazing!
