Tim Hortons — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

Went in this evening at about 6PM and wanted to try out their new flatbread pizzas, i ordered my pizza and a bottle of apple juice and the total came out to $11, the pizza was disappointingly small and they didn’t even put tomato sauce on it and when i noticed I went up front and asked them why there’s no sauce on it and the only response I got was a head nod and the guy said “no sauce no sauce” I then asked if I can speak to a supervisor or a manager and he said “I am acting supervisor right now” so I then asked him again why it specifically says in the description tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, on flatbread, and he was speechless so I asked if I could simply just get it remade the right way with some sauce instead of a dry piece of bread and barely any cheese with literally 4 pieces of pepperoni, and he said “sorry we can’t do that” I just walked away so angry I didn’t want to escalate the situation anymore, pretty sad for a company that has a revenue of $7.25 Billion dollars and a net income of $960 Million dollars and they can’t afford it to put 25 cents of tomato sauce on the extremely small pizza. I had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons located inside West Edmonton Mall, and I must say, it's the first Tim Hortons that truly gets it right. The experience was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The accuracy with which my food was prepared was spot on, exceeding my expectations and leaving me thoroughly satisfied.

What truly stood out, however, was the lightning-fast customer service. The staff at this Tim Hortons are a well-oiled machine, delivering orders with impressive speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. I was at the store around 6:30 PM on October 31, 2023 i ordered 2 french Vanilla medium size and i just mention to the Filipina lady who helped that time to give me 2 bavarian donut and she laughed at me with sarcastic face and she said "what bavarian we don't have bavarian" so i need to go back to check what kind of donuts do you have on your display.So I ordered 2 chocolate glazed instead and make my payment. After she giving back my change i was told her " its okay to correct me if wrong instead of laughing at me with your sarcastic face" i know maybe she's tired during that time.
