If I could give Papa Johns a zero rating I would. We will never use them again. I don’t even want a response from them after contacting the store today and the customer service line. I tried to send an e-mail via their web site but it crashed and after almost an hour of trying, I gave up. We found baked in hair in our pizza last night and because we did not go rushing back to the store last night to complain - they basically said they don’t believe me and will not help us out in any way. We purchased the pizza just before 7 pm to eat after a function we were at until about 930 pm. We were exhausted and had to get up at 5 am today. When the hair in the pizza was noted we simply put the pizza with the hair baked in it in a bag to take back to the store today. The customer service guy also ridiculed me and said “why did you wait until today?” Perhaps, because I work and complaining at 11 pm at night when I need to sleep should not be necessary? I hope the company continues to lose customers and shuts down. We have purchased pizzas from there for the past four years, and it now seems like a complete waste of our loyalty. No more though. When it eventually arrived, the delivery driver asked me if I wanted to buy an extra pizza from him for 5 dollars.
When we opened the pizza box the pizza was cold to the touch, and seemed old. We called to complain to be told they had no history of our order. After pushing back and telling the girl we had proof of our order aswell as the delivery drivers name… she was rude, and rushed to get us off the phone hanging up abruptly.
I called back and was just passed back to the same girl who again didn’t even apologize she gave more of a “what do you want me to do” attitude, she said “we will send you another pizza in 45 minutes” I said no, I don’t want another one of your pizzas, I want a refund. My call was then muted for a long time for her to come back and say “my manager said if you want your refund you will need to come and speak them yourself tomorrow”
I will happily be in the store tomorrow for my refund. Thanks for the absolutely disgusting customer service. Train your staff, or hire employees that know what’s going on and how to rectify situations before...
