Subway — Restaurant in Kamloops

I order sandwiches here for over the last 3 years but yesterday experience wast not ok. I order my sandwich and type of bread and the cheese on the bread and they were about to add all the vegetables. At that point they used to put the bread in the oven to have that amazing melted cheese but they were about to skip that step. I asked them please can you put the bread in the oven as usual. And the answer was ahhh the oven it’s not working but the bread is warm so you will be fine. I was kind of in the middle of the order and even I was not happy but I had to accept it. No it was not the same. I ate it and it was a 5 out of 10 compared to 10/10 when the bread was oven warmed. I had the feeling that I was lied in my face. I am a student that goes to school in Chilliwack however my girlfriend goes to school in Kamloops and I have a lot of subway gift cards so every time I come to Visit I stop by subway. There are a lot of subways in Kamloops I’ve been to all of them Ive had mostly average experience with some of the worst experiences at subway in Kamloops however this subway in the food court which I've visited four times now has the best customer service and well trained staff of all the subways they are always nice to the customers and the manager is very patient with trainees which I think reflects in the quality of service. Exceptional treatment and respect from these staff here everytime I go....

Manager was extremely rude. Restuarant was dead, and I accidentally forgot to ask for onions on my wrap after she had folded it. I knew it was a nuisance to ask so I apologized multiple times and asked nicely if it would be okay if she added them before she wrapped it up in the paper, and she was so rude about it. Slamming my wrap around, throwing things around and mumbling under her breathe.. my boyfriend and I didnt even know what to say.
