I've had the Peanut Butter Bacon Jalapeno burger here before and it was absolutely fantastic.

What your team just served tonight is the absolute driest hockey puck I've ever seen. I thought I was maybe being overly picky until I removed it from the bun and snapped it like a cookie.

I'm pretty sure it's your chain that has the "Are you proud of it? Should you serve it?" sign that's intentionally visible to customers. There is zero chance that the person assembling this burger "didn't notice" that this patty should have been chucked three or four hours ago when it wasn't used in the lunch rush.

No, I am not driving all the way back up there, but the flip side of that is I'm also not removing this review. It's not like the team forgot jalapenos or there was a mixup with the order. This was so unacceptable it should not have been served to anybody, and I wouldn't have eaten it even if I'd burnt it myself at home (and that's saying alot).

I hate leaving negative reviews but the food and service was terrible. I waited at the order box for drive thru for 5 minutes before I had to ask if someone was going to take my order. It's took about 15 minutes after that to get my food order (original with cheese combo) and everything and I mean everything was cold and very unappetizing. There are better places around for burgers that promptly greet you and serve your food warm. I would have taken the food back and asked for a refund if I wasn't already on the highway and I wasn't even given a receipt to submit feedback that way and make the place aware of how horrible the food was and the...

Just hot trash , 2 employees just sitting around , not a clean table in sight , no lid or straw for drink , overpriced overcooked , burnt patty , never going back , 2 nd time here in a week and the first time was also just horrible , even with the what seemed like manager there, what really pissed me off was the fact that I heard them complaining about me in their language , which I can actually speak , there were making racist remarks towards me thinking I have no clue what they are saying , imagine if I had said something racist to them , I am disgusted and thinking I should go...
