To the manager / owner. Please educate your staff on cleanliness and customer service. Kitchen staff DOES not wear gloves while touching food….

Should not take longer than 15minutes for a “fast food” meal. If you do need more time, that’s fine but please have some decency to let your customer know that they will need to wait for their food. Instead of having a group of customers waiting around your counter, not knowing when their food is coming. Instead of randomly shouting 4 minutes, direct your communication to each and individual customer.

I am giving a four out of five just because I think there is room for improvement. I would like to give the employees a benefit of the doubt. But I came there this morning I felt very rushed to order and I felt that the employees were not very happy. And it would’ve been nice to get ketchup with my hash brown not sure if that’s some thing I have to always ask for. Anyways I hope that this is received well and that the employees maybe put on a smile or a little bit nicer and have people not feeling a little rushed. That would be...

I ordered 2 burgers and onion rings, then they told me they were out of onion rings. Okay, fine. So I asked for Sweet potato fries instead. The manager or person running the front told me that sweet potato fries and onion rings are the same price, which they are not. Sweet potato fries are cheaper, so they lied to me, so I said they are not. The worker did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake, then gave me a full refund and asked me to pay again, so I did. I am not happy with that...
