Should not take longer than 15minutes for a âfast foodâ meal. If you do need more time, thatâs fine but please have some decency to let your customer know that they will need to wait for their food. Instead of having a group of customers waiting around your counter, not knowing when their food is coming. Instead of randomly shouting 4 minutes, direct your communication to each and individual customer.
