Booster Juice — Restaurant in Kelowna

I have been going to this Booster Juice location for the past two weeks and I must say, I am impressed by their "matcha monsoon" drink. It has become a daily staple for me, and I find myself craving it all the time.

However, over the weekend, I decided to try something new and ordered the "coco crush." I made the mistake of not trying it before I left the mall, and when I tried to take a sip while on transit, I immediately realized that it was too thick to drink. I waited for some time, hoping it would thaw, but to no avail. The drink became watery, but still too thick to drink through the straw.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bottom half of the cup was filled with thick pulp, which made it difficult to drink. I would highly recommend that anyone who orders a smoothie from this location should check it before leaving.

Despite this experience, I still love the "matcha monsoon. But unfortunately will no longer continue to visit this Booster Juice location. I hope they can improve the consistency of their other drinks and avoid similar experiences for other customers...

Terrible! The staff had no idea what they were going. People who looked like they could be the owners were there but they also had no idea what they were doing, nor did they seem to care at all that their staff were making so many mistakes and they had a ton of people waiting. The staff spoke so quietly when calling out drinks that no one could hear them and when someone would ask which drink it was, the staff had already forgotten how it even got there much less what flavour it was. No one got the right drinks. Some people waited fir drinks that never came. One employee showed up, took their shirt off and threw it over the blenders to someone and no one batted an eye. One girl had a wound that was bleeding through a bandaid. Then half hour later, I finally got my drinks and the sizes were swapped. So my two year old got a very large smoothie and I got a tiny one. By then I couldn’t even be bothered to ask them to fix it. I understand being busy and having things go wrong but wow, this was something else. Ew, ordered a smoothie for my daughter and watching the girl behind the counter chewing on her nails and then proceeds to grab a lid with said fingers in her mouth and touches the lid directly after and snaps lid on.
