To whom It May concern,
I am writing this email to inform about the service I receive at Mr. Pretzels, Kelowna, BC Branch on Aug 9, 2021 at roughly around 2:45 pm. It was a bad Service ever I 've ever received from food service industry , and since Mr. Pretzels is opened here in Kelowna; one of the employee /cashier named "GARRET" He is so rude with unprofessional mannerism provide . I had been ignored after saying Excuse Me to him couple of times. the store is not busy there's only 2 customers including me in the store . I found no reason for him not to hear me as I was standing right in front of him while there are 3 other employees in the not-busy store .Finally he came to cahier till and I asked for the stamped card after the purchase was made and he is basically threw it at me as it dropped on the ground. Seriously I expect nothing from customer service , a common proper interaction between human beings would be nice and please dont be rude to your customer. I would understand and consider his behavior acceptable if I was being rude or ignorant to him in the first place. (which I find no reason to be)
I am not sure if there is a regulations or some kind of structure provided for customer service standard in Mr. Pretzels organization ; however, I believe it should be some sort of job description stating his responsibilities regarding customer service minded...
