Frannie’s Coffee — Restaurant in Kelowna

When I initially came here I had high hopes. Since then things have gone downhill. The food is good if there's anything left; unfortunately numerous times I've arrived mid morning to find most of the snacks are sold out. The staff don't keep on top of emptying the used dish trays or cleaning tables, and the bathroom door handle barely functions.

Great location and nice ambience. My flat white was good. The washroom was clean. The server was personable and efficient. Here's why I likely won't go again though. My latte was perfect I’m always scared of lattes being too sweet with too much syrup but the barista made it perfectly it was perfect temperature too!!
