Taco Delhi - Kelowna — Restaurant in Kelowna

Ordered again, got 2 lamb curry bowls and 2 chicken tikka naan taco rolls. Tacos were amazing but not sure why lamb curry didn't taste as fresh as it did yesterday. Also they missed adding avocado, both the bowls had avocado missing (Pics attached). Also this order was a takeaway and it took 30 mins. When we walked into the store to check the order, the staff confirms that she didn't realize that there is a open order and then she made it in 5-10 mins. Unnecessarily it made us wait for 30 mins to receive our order. Hence deducting a 🌟 Lastly, though tacos tasted good but charging $13.50 for a single taco (if no offers) is a bit steep because it might not fill you up and then you would end up buying another one making a total of $27 per meal. It's expensive in my opinion.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered Lamb Curry Bowl, it came with rice, lamb curry, mint chutney, arugula, guacamole etc. Nicely portioned bowl. They did not skimp on the lamb pieces. Moreover it was nice and tender, not spicy, even your kids can eat. I even liked the rice, it was soft, fluffy and flavourful. Everything it came with, was good, no complaints whatsoever and the best thing I liked, was the packaging. It was sustainable packaging made with recyclable paper/ bamboo including the lid and not cheap packaging like others using plastic lid, etc. I will surely order again. Good Job!

Got Chicken Tikka Bowl with Garlic Naan. Meat portion has reduced I believe and Naan was very thin and small, not something I would recommend. Tomatoes added were also stale. You guys seem to have the potential to do...

If you’re ever in Kelowna and craving something bold, fresh, and packed with flavor, Taco Delhi is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming vibe that reflects both Mexican and Indian influences – a fusion you didn’t know you needed until now.

The owner, Mark, has clearly poured his heart into this place. You can tell he’s passionate not just about food, but about creating a unique experience for his customers. He even came by our table to check on us, and his genuine enthusiasm made the visit even more memorable.

Now, the food: it’s next level. The Butter Chicken Tacos were a total game changer – rich, savory, and perfectly spiced. The Paneer Tikka Burrito was also a standout. Every dish feels handcrafted with care and bold creativity. Portion sizes are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes fresh and high-quality.

Big shoutout to Mark and the entire Taco Delhi team – this place is doing something truly different in Kelowna, and it works....

High hopes for this neat fusion idea, I ordered one carne taco. Now the usual complaints were not the case, with me my order It came fast, was neatly presented and appetizing, but I have some strong feedback for this establishment to hopefully improve.

Firstly, I received my taco and it looked great but then I tasted it and my excitement was deflated. The flavor was neither Indian or mexican. I had a white sauce and the meat was cut poorly and didn't settle in my tummy because the oiliness of the sauce was too much. The tostada was good, fresh veggies sure, but really womp on flavor. My other big let down was that I noticed all throughout how tables were left unwiped, the bathroom doors were dirty and the bathroom smelled and had no toilet paper. Unfortunately this was not a nice experience.
