I wasn't going to write a review, but this has been bugging me. Today is Saturday June 28th, and last night my fiance and I drove through to get our 2 dogs cheeseburgers as a special treat. I asked for 2 plain cheeseburgers, just the meat, cheese and bun. We got home and both cheeseburgers said "plain" on them, only to open them up and find them full of onions. Just onions and meat. We specifically said theyre for our dogs and they need to be plain, it almost felt cruel to be honest, (we also ordered ourselves the new pizza bites and they were ice cold and half frozen, it was beyind gross). They didn't get their cheeseburger, so today I tried to go back. I told the woman on the speaker they were for my dogs and to please make sure they were plain - she was lovely. I was the ONLY person in the drive thru, I want to stat by saying that. My one dog was so excited and in the front passenger seat (cheeseburgers are a once a year occasion for them and this was our 2nd dogs first time having one). When I went to the window to get it, I kindly asked the guy if my he could pass it to my dog. He handed it to me, rolled his eyes, closed the window and walked away. I totally 100% understand that's not their job at all. I get im the crazy lady wanting a burger bag handed to my dog. But no one was in the drive thru and he could have just said "I'm sorry ma'am heres your burger." I wasn't going to write a review but what tipped it for me, was with that cheeseburger order, I also ordered myself a small chocolate milkshake. It was just vanilla inside. All vanilla. Our story begins on a bright and beautiful Saturday morning, when four beautiful, funny, smart, kind, loyal, funny, young ladies made the trek to the crowded establishment, known as McDonald’s 🐒. Our journey started out great but took an unpleasant turn as soon as we stepped into the crowded, stress inducing environment. First of all, I ordered an egg and sausage McMuffin and they made the cruel suggestion to omit the egg from the EGG AND SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN, who does that? Then we had to wait multiple minutes before receiving our orders, only to be severely disappointed by the quality of our product we had long awaited for. Read moreIn the drive though ( Lakeshore ) at 4:40 am, I ordered a double Big Mac, Large fry and drink, kids nugget meal and a coke. I live a very short distance down klo by the middle school, maybe 6 blocks. When I got home my Double mac was cold to the touch - the meat was cool!!!!! The fry box was warm from the heat lamps and to the touch all the fries were cold!! When I called to make a complaint, the manager I spoke with was very rude and continues to cut me off and not let me speak. OBVIOUSLY I was pissed off! He then proceeded to hang up on me and I called back upwards of 40, yes 40 times and nobody answered so I left a message saying my name and order number and that although they were closed I’d be back by 5 am to get my order made fresh and my money refunded for my inconvenience as a paying customer! It is now 4:51 am and I’m going to go back with my uneaten cold ass order to raise some hell! That manager should absolutely be fired! This is a “ customer service “ job is it not.
