Still NO reply all of these yrs! READ ON!...

Had a super terrible experience here some yrs ago and it was my fave pub for so many years in Kelowna. I was a regular here, so I had thought. Have not been back in 8 yrs so far as the manager was just so awful! Cares only about her most regulars and herself, only. As far as I see when in at Perkins so many times before it closed and now the current Smitty's, yup, she is still there!! DARN! Once she leaves then I would love to go back and enjoy again and I even reviewed Mickie's very highly, many times, on many platforms in the past. Her so called main bartender BIG Steve too...hope he is GONE!! In some way! Left the building??? What an ignorant "A" he was! It was suggested to me directly by him, to my face, that I was peddling drugs in there and I am so super against drugs so that really made me angry...to be accused of something so ludicrous! Addressed this all to the SO CALLED manager and just a big BRUSH OFF! Then somehow they erased my review on this so here I am rehashing until there is some justice done...her leaving and or Steve not there!! Someone please let me know! Maxine D even just brushed it off big time in her fine ignoring fashion!

I had an incredible time at this sports pub located within the Ramada! This place was an absolute haven for me.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lively and energetic atmosphere, with multiple screens broadcasting various sports events. The pub's setup was perfect, ensuring that no matter where I sat, I had an excellent view of the game I wanted to watch.

The staff at the sports pub were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and passionate. They made sure my experience was top-notch, catering to all my needs and ensuring my favorite game was on the big screen.

Now, let's talk about the food and drinks - they were nothing short of exceptional! The menu boasted a wide range of delicious pub classics and sports fan favorites. The wings were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the loaded nachos were a delightful treat.

The drink selection was equally impressive, with an extensive array of beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Whether I wanted a refreshing craft beer or a specialty cocktail, the bartenders delivered with expertise.

I stopped there on my way home 🏡 to grab some wings and got the wrong order . But the best part about it is when I called back the next day just to bring it up , that's when I felt I was treated like a valued customer. I spoke with Colleen , wich was the one that helped me the day before , and , WOW !!!!😁 was I pleasantly surprise of the way she took care of my concerns😃 she told me to come back anytime and that they would make it right for me. I felt kinda bad calling 📞back but the way she took care of me made my guilt a little easier to handle . Her professional attitude was way of the chart . I've been going to mickeys for about 25 years and it's people like her that brings me back there for all these years . Thank you so much for your help Colleen ...and for the owner of Mickeys , give that wonderfull Bartender a raise lol🤣 ....you have me and my 👪 familie's bussiness thanks to people like her....I HIGHLY recommend Mickey's pub for a great ambiance, awsome food and exceptional service....yours...
