I ordered 3 Tacos and some Churros today. When they arrived and I opened the box of tacos it was like they were packaged upside down. The filling of the tacos spilled out all over the inside of the container. I had to rebuild my tacos at my desk at work and it was very messy.
To add to this, after I ate my tacos I opened my Churros and there was literally NO cinnamon or sugar on them. None at all, not even a single flake. It was like they didn't even try to sugar them.
Not the experience I am used to from Quesada. I've ordered from this particular location at least a dozen times this year and the last two times have had very bad quality issues like described above.
I don't know what changed, but please change it back.
Edit:
I thought I'd try again today (Aug 22, 2024) to see if a month was enough time to sort out any issues. The answer is no, no it wasn't. It's really sad because I love your food. But I don't know if I can bring myself to eat there anymore.
Once again my Churros arrived with ZERO cinnamon on them, not even a single grain in the bag they were in, do you even cinnamon them?
My burrito bowl that I ordered this time instead of the taco was completely wrong. Not only did it have NO SAUCE at all, when I ordered both Cilantro Lime Sour Cream and PAID EXTRA for more sour cream, but it had spicy chicken instead of flame grilled and it had the wrong cheese. It also had no red onion which I ordered but instead had some sort of slaw in it which I did not order.
Very disappointing. The portion size was also about HALF that of other Burrito places in town and was $2-3 more expensive.
I hope these issues can be resolved, although, I am...
Read moreThe food was good (however I will say, if you get a quesadilla with just the regular chicken, make sure you ask for some type of sauce as there is zero seasoning on it whatsoever and it will be horrifically bland), the ancho pork taking the spotlight by far for us with our tacos! The staff is friendly, efficient and can make a mean burrito! The girls behind the counter need to speak up a bit, as the plexiglass prevents them from being heard well on the other side of it, but other than that the store is a gem! Clean, quick service and great food for a very reasonable price.
Edit: we ordered online through the app, and when we went to pick it up, the store hadn't even looked at their thing to know we had ordered, but they were super quick about making it. However, I'm sure in the panic of realizing they'd not seen our order, they missed simple things such as putting sour cream and paprika mayo on the burrito bowl, and a side of queso with the quesadilla. The app also wouldn't let us add on the bonus chips and guac we should have gotten for spending over ten bucks sadly, but the cashier was awesome and gave them to us anyways. We didn't bother going back to say anything about the missing items, as we realized once we were too far away having gotten...
Read moreMy husband and I had lunch here yesterday (Nov 13). We had come here more when first opened. We ordered a veggie quesadilla and him a large barbacoa burrito. In the process of questions, I only was asked for spice level, tomato, corn, cilantro, what sauce but was other things to choose from. My husband asked why he was not getting vegetables, the 2 girls said that was extra. He wanted at least the options regardless of whether there was a cost to it. The girls kept looking at each other and talking in front of us as if we were crazy. My husband said to them, this would be the last time we come to the location as the service was unacceptable.
We think either the manager or owner came in after we were sitting down. It seemed that they may have had a conversation with him about our questions and concerns of our food making process as they all were then looking at us; however no one came over to see how things really were while we were eating. Oh well, won't be a next time. Mucho burrito and other local mexican restaurants are much...
