I wanted this to be soooo good, especially with names like, "Pulled Pork Kimchi Burger" and "Braised Beef Sandwich", but unfortunately it left me wanting, you know what I mean KK. As you can see by the photo I took of the $10 "Braised Beef Sandwich", it seems, like a cat, ignorantly lonely on the plate. The bun is a flat hotdog-wonderbread-bun, only less wonder, and more flabby bread. So, why 3 stars you might ask? Well, even though the presentation and food-friends were lacking, the flavor and consistency of the beef were an indication of a deft hand in the kitchen. I was excited to try a new spot in the Landmark district, especially given the great Google reviews. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. I ordered the pulled pork grilled cheese, expecting a flavorful and well-made sandwich. Instead, I received one slice of barely melted cheese, a meager portion of pork, and cold bread.

I’m not usually one to complain, but for the price, I felt it was worth addressing. When I brought it up to the staff, they were dismissive and no apology was offered. Instead, I was given the option of a veggie cup or a pre-made sandwich of equal value. As a business, shouldn’t customer satisfaction be a priority?

I went here while I was in the area, and I hadn’t heard of the place before. As it was my first time going I kept it safe and got the turkey sandwich. They had a good variety of different sandwich and even some wraps as well. My turkey sandwich was quite good and very filling, I could only eat half as it was a big sandwich but I enjoyed eating the rest when I got home. The staff were really friendly and the seating was also good. The only thing I would say is that the store was a little too cold for my liking and but with a good coat you should be fine.
