The store was about to close. When I was parking I noticed 2 staff members ( one was the owner) not wearing masks, which doesn't not bother me. I went in to pick up my order that i had called in and they put their masks on... as I was going to pay, the owner was very rude, she rolled her eyes at me when I said I had a mask excemption and procced to tell me she would not serve me next time. I then choose to walk out without my order because I did not appreciate the eye roll and the future discrimination. As I was walking out she asked if was serious and I said yes, I refuse to be treated like a second class citizens, which she replied I will call the cops. I said for what cause you are choosing to discriminate me and she said, I would have served you outside side, and stated she was loosing her lively insinuated it was ppl like me are to blame. She had some more choice words, swearing at me and making allegations of the type of person I was, my medical and vaccination status based on my clothing. I then had some choice words myself in regards to her being ignorant to the constitution, the bill of rights, segregation, discrimination, treating ppl with respect and not judging ppl based on their clothing and how its not my fault her business was loosing money when its the government putting on the unlawl restrictions she follows.There was also a female teenager working there that disrespectfully chose to get her 2 cents in as well and was also very rude. Right from when the owner rolled her eyes at me and I choose to walk out I knew I was never giving her my business again and have made sure I have shared my experience with others. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Very dissapointing experience at Wok Box today.

I'm usually a big fan of this place and always recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

I brought my co worker in for the first day, we made our order and proceeded to sit down and wait for our food. We were called to the front to receive our orders. Upon approaching the front the owners mother sneered at us and told us tables were only for dine in customers and complained that now she would have to sanitize the table when she should not have had to. I asked her when customer service died and she began to get into an argument with me, fortunately the owner came over and asked his mother to give us our food so we could leave.

I understand we are in strange times, and that major strain is put on workers in the restaurant industry and I am sympathetic to this as my industry has been hit hard as well, but though our argument went down a covid tangent I just hope the staff there understands this was less about covid and more about the lack of manners and poor customer service we experienced. Different places have different policy's and I am happy to abide my these and be made aware of them however the comment this women made about having re re sanitize a table made us feel like an inconvenience and that our business was not appreciated, the tirade that followed only added to this feeling. A simple "Excuse me sir, just you know next time we ask that only dine in customers use table seating" would have sufficed, having my food held hostage while this with women continued to argue with me made me lose my appetite and ruined my co workers first experience here.

Yesterday afternoon i had the pleasure of indulging in the Noodle box prepared by the incredibly talented Davinder, and it was a culinary journey unlike any other. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by him, whose friendly demeanor set the tone for a delightful dining experience. His genuine enthusiasm for his craft was evident as he expertly navigated the kitchen, preparing each dish with precision and care.
