I originally had filed a complaint on the KFC website due to mistakes made by the staff in my order at this location. I thought my original complaint was resolved after I had spoken to the General Manager named Lynn. She phoned me the previous day to sincerely apologize for my original complaint as she was off shift at the time of the incident. She remained professional over the phone and calmly provided an explanation that the mistake in my order was due to the restaurant being busy for the Black Friday special deal. She wanted to make things right by offering me an in-store credit on my next visit to make up for the negative experience from the prior evening. I thanked her for her call as I felt the issue had been resolved.
However, I re-opened my complaint with KFC’s Head Office after I received an obscene anonymous phone call a day after it had been resolved by Lynn. An unknown man who called my phone number immediately started swearing and calling me obscene names over the phone after he asked for me by name and if I had complained to KFC. My personal information was compromised and my written statement about my negative experience at this KFC location ended up in the hands of this disgruntled individual. The unknown man used a cowardly approach to hide his identity behind an anonymous phone number. It is considered harassment for someone to call me and say obscenities to me after the issue was resolved by the General Manager.
Then a different manager phoned me back within an hour of my new complaint for the harassing phone call I had received. She claimed to have spoken to her staff and they all denied to have been involved. She said that only the managers would have access to my personal information and would respond directly to the complaint. I have never been so mad with how the situation was handled with the harassing phone call. After 20 years, I will no longer support this KFC location and I would not recommend anyone...

You'd think you'd cut them some slack for the drive thru since this isn't a burger joint. I'm currently here now and I see how long the drive thru line is ( there's a dozen cars here waiting ) for ONE window to order CHICKEN. People complaining about a 20+ minute wait... DAMN STRAIGHT you're going to wait 20+ minutes especially with all those cars in front of you probably ordering 8-32 piece bucket meals.
The fastest way to get your food seems to be by going inside especially if you're in a hurry ( I received mine in less then 5 minutes ) but hey if you're too lazy to get out of your car. That's your problem.
Enjoy the wait 😎
The main issue is the staffing. Looks like they need more employees expediting instead of the one elder Asian women " Joyce " doing everything by herself on the kfc side.
They are in dire need of a renovation. For the oldest and busiest kfc location in the city they're not even in comparison to the other locations. They must be making a lot of money at this location to not close it down.
I've ordered delivery from them before. My experience is it's either really fast ( under 15minutes ) or the literal 40+minute wait. One of the drivers ( the young one who does deliveries for them in his ridiculously expensive cars for some reason 😂 ) told me if I'm waiting 40+ minutes it's due to how busy the store is in house, the fact that they only have one delivery guy and how many orders he's doing by himself before he gets to me. Understandable I guess?
I use to work in a fast food environment so I applaud the team tonight ( Ryan, Simran and Toni? ) that worked through the chaos. Keep up the good work 👍
Oh and if someone can claim this store on google and respond to the reviews I think...
Read moreOne of the worst in the city. The staff here lie right to your face. I dined in w/my girlfriend & ordered 2 KFC famous burgers, 2 Taco Bell fries supreme & 2 KFC fries (because they had a promotion on for the new KFC seasoned fries). I asked for a redo of both fries supreme because they were not fresh. I also asked that they put less salt on them & was told they come this way seasoned already from there supplier.
After, waiting 15 mins for fresh fries supreme. They were still very salty. I asked the same person who cooked the fries, if they use the same fries & seasoning for both there Taco Bell & KFC fries because the KFC fries tasted better.
He told me yes & said they actually do season there own fries (not the supplier). But, customers can't request no salt (I asked for less salt) because there supposed to season up all there fries. He suggested not to get the fries next time if I don't like them. I said, they should have been honest in the first place about it.
I have never ran into this problem before @any other KFC/Taco Bell location. This location will not allow for customers to have no seasoning/salt (or less of it) on there fries, but virtually anything else (burgers, tacos, gordita etc...), you can ask them to remove or add something & it's ok. It's hypocritical.
They also don't clean there trays or tables very often either & they charge more then the other locations for some of the same food items too. I don't plan on returning to this location. If you want quality & good service you won't...
