Presotea — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I had the worst service possible. They made an error in my order and refused to redo it and the excuse was... it was ordered through skip. I litteraly went back 2 minutes after, did not even leave the mall. At one point, I told the lady (who was saying it was my mistake, that she on her side had put the right boba) that listen you are are right it's my mistake can you please redo them cause my kids (who were right beside me) won't drink it and she refused saying she would have done something for me if I had not use skip to place my order. I know it's not a mistake on my side and I even showed her the detailed receipt on my phone but she kept arguing. Anyways there was a huge line up so I just left and went somewhere else, threw 35$ in the garbage. So rude, especially telling me in front of my kids you won't give them the drink they wanted, that they love and know exactly which one they order each...

Me and my buddies used to go to Freshly Squeezed (the shop that was here previously that just recently closed down) for the ice cream and also so we could get free drinks that my friend Zack who used to work there would give us every time we dropped by, we would also mess around in the back of the store because and have parties because my aforementioned friend would bring alcohol and get blacked out drunk with his friend Katherine (who also worked there) who would tell her stories about her intercourse with men who had body odour, but most of all they would tell stories about their manager Diana who they made out to be a real drama queen, these memories will forever live with me so hearing the news of this new Pressotea place gives me a bittersweet feeling because I’ll be saying good bye to those memories but I’ll be saying hello to actual...

All the tea or slushes tasted amazing! However, Yuck! Paper straws! where you apply the slightest pressure between your lips and the opening disappears and becomes soggy when you try to fix it. It’s worst for kids. I ordered M6 Fresh mango slush with coconut cream and aloe vera for them and I had to come back and get another straw for each one of them. I also asked if they could just seal the top with the regular film so kids wouldn’t risk spilling, (instead of the funky white lid with a plug), they refused. Not very...
