TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, COLD FOOD, IGNORANT AND RUDE STAFF

** honestly seemed like a damn joke. I ordered a burrito for pick up and came early on purpose because I wanted to see how they made it. The first Indian lady didn't believe I was picking up my order with a unique name as if I was lying. That right there was shady and she judged me by the way I looked. I had to show her my phone to prove the order was mine. As this is happened I see my order being made and was told I can sit down and I politely denied and said I'll just wait right here. Watching what I assume was a new hire she put all the pickled onions on 1 side, that's didnt bother. What bothered me was I asked for mild sauce and some other sauce and she picks up the empty bottle and squirts 2 dots of sauce after trying for 30 seconds. And then she grabs the other even more empty bottle and starts pretending to put the sauce i ordered on it. She was literally blowing air out of the bottle and it was blowing away the cilantro she just placed on my burrito. That's when I had enough and said " your making my burrito and if your out of that sauce u need to go get a new one or inform me on the missing ingredients " she just looked at me with her mouth wide open and said "oh" then what i assume is the owner or manager came out and started helping and does the same fake squeeze on the burrito and I said "why r u blowing air on my burrito? Are you out of that sauce" he responds in shock saying yes we are out which I responded with " why not inform me instead of pretending " he then says I'll put sauce of this super spicy sauce but a tiny line of it and that should make up for the mild sauce and I told him I don't want my burrito spicy but he already put the sauce on. That was a terrible experience but when I got home which was only a 3min drive. THE BURRITO WAS ICE COLD !! How do I warm a burrito up for over 1min in the microwave and it's still cold on the inside. *Completely disgusting and a waste of a $20 burrito. I love much burrito when I lived in surrey and was very excited when I seen this location but after coming here for the first time. I won't be back nor will any of my friends and family be coming back either. *THIS PLACE WONT SURVIVE FOR LONG WITH FAKING TOPPINGS, GIVING COLD BURRITOS AND HAVING RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO DONT BELIEVE YOU WHEN YOU SAY YOUR...

Mobile ordered they put a carona cero instead of modelo in the bag blamed my girlfriend because she picked up the bag. They told her it was replaced with a carona but not that it was non alcoholic. Zero solutions just oh sorry at least 3 times before I hung up. Really tired of staff with no problem solving skills if you make a mistake make an effort to resolve it don't just blame me for assuming you did your job correctly the first time. Why would we want a non alcoholic beer for 7 dollars when it's nearly half the price. great burritos but I have low tolerance for staff with no solutions for their mistakes.
