Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

Ordered a pizza with green olives online. Picked up a pizza with green peppers. Brought it back into the store and politely let them know. They told me to come back in about 6min. I was like wow, fast to remake a pizza but maybe they've already realized their mistake and got one on the go. No. I go in 8 min later (it's not ready). I wait outside and a few minutes later a staff member brings it out to me with x2 $5 coupons. I thank her and return to my car where I open the box and now there's a ton of green olives too, but barely any cheese. The toppings look a bit off and I reassure myself it's because of the bacon. Well, we get home and my son, who has a food sensitivity and aversion to green peppers, takes a bite of the pizza and points out there are still green peppers on it. Pieces here and there. They picked the peppers off! It was the same pizza. Were they even wearing gloves when they were digging around in there? That's insane. The customer service line was very helpful, but I'm saddened to see this location do the wrong thing in...

Worst Panago location. I ordered a pizza and showed up after the time it was ready. The guy working at the front had poor English (which is fine not an issue), but he kept saying it was the wrong store over and over and didn't want to deal with me. I told him I have a confirmation which indeed confirms this was the right store. The man working kept checking the receipts over and over and kept showing me receipts that were clearly not my order. He asked my name and I had told him and he kept showing me male names on the receipts that are clearly not me AFTER I had repeated my name to him more than once. He said no problem and he will make me another order but he actually didn't even ask what I wanted and kept going back to these receipts over and over.

Turns out they actually gave my food to someone else and they did not confirm the name of someone who picked up earlier and they had completely different pizza sitting there that hasn't been picked up. Very unorganized. The other gentleman however was very helpful and fixed the...

I ordered online, they couldn't find the order when I went to pick up so I ordered again. It cost me 3$ more for exactly the same thing. I explained it to the lady, she asked me the same thing over and over despite holding my phone with the email confirmation. She mumbled something and walked away and started making food. Another woman showed up eventually and I explained again. Eventually a third woman showed up who sounded like she would refund the difference but 35 minutes later I actually couldn't wait any longer and it wasn't worth it for 3$, but horrendous service.

I wouldn't have even left the review except that in the 36 minutes I waited, I watched the pizzas being made and the lack of hygiene practices had me horrified. I will never order...
