I wish I can give zero star!
Very unpleasant experience at 9275 highway 48 Harvey‘s
I had been a long time customer at Harvey's and I visit this Harvey's location few times a month since my children like Harvey's and it's close to my house. However, I will never visit this location again!
May 2nd, 2018 afternoon I walked into Harvey's as usual and placed my order. My burger is ready and I am ready to pick my toppings for my burger. I began with lettuce by saying lettuce. The lady looked at me and doesn't know what I want. She asked me to repeat and I did. Then she told me to speak louder because she cannot hear and she said it's very noisy back there. I repeated loudly and she finally got it. I then ordered my toppings one by one since she had trouble hearing me. Then she got upset and told me to order all my topping all at once. I got very confused. If she cannot hear me, why she pushed me to order my topping all at once. I did what she told me and order all my topping together then she missed my last topping. Finally I got to order my sauce, I told her I wanted "mayo" sauce, she told me to repeat 3 times and finally she got it and said "mayonnaise sauce" to me. THEN SHE LAUGHED AND TOLD HER WO-WORKER "mayo sauce" in front of me. Excuse me, even on the Harvey's website, it says mayo sauce. I ordered with Harvey's with "mayo sauce" and had no problem except with this lady! Customer service 101, never talk and make fun of customer while the customer is in front of you!! I then realized she made me to repeat my toppings and sauce so many times not because she couldn't hear due to the noisy background. It's because my Asian face and she thinks I don't speak English.
STOP BEING RACISM!!
There is a new Hero burger across the street! Please fire this lady and train all your employees how to treat customers properly! I will not return to Harvey's anymore and I will tell all my family, friends, and...
Read morei finish work at 11pm, and i goes to the store about once a week to get something to eat before heading home. on saturday night, i bought the after 8pm special on the app for the hotdog combo, and sat down in the restaurant to eat. one of the staff came and told me the lobby is closed after 11pm(store closes at 12am), so next time don't... that's what she said, so don't come? dont eat in the store? whatever she meant, you decide. i don't know if that's the store's policy or her own policy. i don't make mess, the table is as clean as before i sat down. i used to work in mcdonald from high school until college. so i do know how to conducy myself. on the side note, there were times when i enter the store after 11pm, and there were many others also eating in the store. i just don't know why a store that closes at 12am would tell their customer not to eat in the store after 11pm. just doesn't make any sense. so now i either eat outside in the parking lot and enjoy the smell of garbage or eat when i get home, but the food would not be as hot and fresh. i really like their onion ring so i really hope they would change the early lobby closure policy, if that is indeed in place, not made up...

Do not go to this location. There are other burger restaurants all along Markham Road, from Major Mackenzie Dr to Highway 7. There’s McDonald’s, Hero Burger, Wendy’s, Wild Wings, to name a few burger places.
This is by far the worst burger restaurant to order from. 2 out of my 18 orders have been correct from this location. I have given this location too many chances, they always forget an item, give the wrong item, don’t add the proper condiments, etc.. I have had to drive back so many times to correct my order. I have had to contact head office many times in regards to my order on the days I couldn’t drive back. Head office would always apologize, invite me back, etc. However, nothing in store would change, the order would still have faults.
My advice, don’t even consider this restaurant’s existence, unless you want incorrect orders which could lead to some of your family eating and the others watching. Dont order from here, move on to...
