Placed an order for delivery from this store after my order being 10 mins late and being on hold with customer service for 10 mins I never got my order. The customer service rep was making tons of excuse and in the end blamed me for not answering the door. First they never came cause I was sitting by the window in my living room next to the door from the time I placed my order to the this moment I have a door bell and I had requested call on arrival and I never once received a call regarding my order. The customer service rep was very rude and said your order is not guaranteed if you want it you have to pay for it. Whatever happened to customer service I will never spend my money with Pizza Pizza or recommend them. They do not care about their customers or stand behind their motto āYour order is guaranteed to be at your front door or apartment lobby within 40 minutes...

I still have no clue what the man on the phone was trying to say, but he only got more and more frustrated with me not being able to understand what he was saying, resulting in him needing to cancel to order. I have a feeling they just didnāt wanna do the order, since I just ordered Garlic bread, dip and some drinks. Pretty lack-lustre situation really.

In the past we've had a number of orders missing a salad, a drink or a dip, the wrong item delivered, bonus coupons not given - and we always chock it up to their being very busy and an oversight... But today it's done. Today, we received a pizza with a hair in it, baked in between the cheese and the crust. Can't pass on that one. I've called and spoken with two levels of supervision who don't know what will happen - there is no level of follow-up that they can tell me about other than to offer me 50% credit for my order and apparently the store will be notified.
