Disappointing and concerning experience My husband went to buy wings on Monday at this location where the promo clearly said $1/wing with a min of 10/flavour. When he tried to order 15 wings/flavour, he was told he could only order a max of 10/flavour, which made no sense. He didn’t want to argue with the cashier, so he ended up ordering two flavours (10/flavour) with a large chili onion fries. Later, I asked on Instagram, Since the promo says min10 wings, can I order 15 wings/flavour? — and they replied, “that’s correct” But when I commented about what actually happened at the store, they deleted my comment instead of addressing it. That kind of action shows a lack of integrity and accountability. Businesses should value honest feedback from customers — not delete comments to avoid the truth. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

Update: The owner replied below saying they contacted me privately, but I did not receive any direct message addressing what happened at the store. I appreciate the acknowledgment here, but I hope the business focuses on honest communication going forward, even when it’s uncomfortable. This isn’t about the $1 wings — it’s about integrity, taking responsibility, and choosing honesty instead...

Wow wing, I have heard many good things about them, so when I tried them out, was very impressed. Not only with the wings itself, but also the service I received.

Wings were tasty, fries just as good. Nice and crisp and seasoned nicely. Got the combo and person who took my order, did ask if I wanted to upgrade to the chili onion fries. Let him know that I would leave it at regular fries as my daughter didn’t like spice, but my son would have loved it.

He went above and beyond and gave a sample of the chili onion fries so my son would be satisfied too. You guys have definitely made me a return customer for good with that little gesture.

They also have lots of specials that go on including student specials which is great for all the nearby schools.
