The management and team of this location at Warden and Steeles are just AWESOME! They always serve you with a smile and always make you feel more than just a customer. Today, I walked in and saw a very busy coffee shop! I was going to leave but since I love their dark roast signature blend, I decided to stay. When it was my turned to order, I had asked if I could buy the dark roast signature blend and Rose (it was her first day on the job) asked the manger and he said yes! Even though itās not for sale he will make a 1lb for me. When he told me that I was already happy! I got my coffee and I was just waiting for my coffee beans. I noticed how busy they got and I started feeling worry because I didnāt want to be late for work. So I had asked them if they can make me the bag and immediately the manager went looking for the bag of dark roast signature blend. Watching him run from one end to another it got me thinking that they ran out! But to my surprise, he came out from the back carrying a new sealed bag, poured a quarter into their container and he sealed the rest and handed it to me!!! I was like in āaweā speechless!!! I didnāt know what to say...he said āwe ran out of he 1lb bag and since I donāt want you to be late, I decided to give you he rest. And sorry for the waitā WOW! That gesture is not just āgood customer serviceā itās LEGENDARY, itās GENUINE customer service! Walking out of their shop gave me such a high feeling of VALUED as their customer! Itās something that I will always be reminded to be KIND, to be sincere and genuine. And because of that feeling, my whole day at work was PHENOMENAL! She was efficient to take my order and loaded up my Starbucks card as well as kindly asking if I wanted any food to go with my drink without sounding pushy. After ordering my item, I went to the table closest to the order pick up counter. I saw many busy bodies putting orders together and was waiting for my name to be called to pick up my drink. I waited for a good 5 to 10 minutes, saw orders pile up but didn't hear any names called. So I walked up to the counter where about 5 other people were standing waiting for their orders, to find my drink sitting on the counter... It would have been nice if the staff called out the customer's names so they know their orders are ready.
